More than a few reactors focus on the sisters' story, as is only right, but...the subplots illuminate each other, with the Piltover subplot also providing chances to catch one's breath as the tension in the sisters' story heats up. Jayce and Viktor share a dream, as Vander and Silco once did. The Era of Hextech(TM) could see the power in the crystals harnessed productively or destructively. Even the pounding on the respective doors is synched. While they don't truly intertwine quite yet, this is where they get in step with each other so they can do so.
Power has sever attachment issues. Several mental health experts have watched the show and agree that she could easily quickly attachment to Silco in a crisis. Especially, since he understands her feelings.
All of the music in Arcane except for the opening theme Enemy (which is owned by Imagine Dragons) is safe to leave in your reactions. Riot produced all of the songs/music for the show and by company policy they do not copyright claim their music. You only have to edit the show to avoid issues with netflix, but if there is music playing you can leave it in. The music is a major focus for certain scenes coming up in future episodes, and it's nice hearing the songs in the reactions. 😄
Btw, going forward, think of the pop soundtrack as the chorus like in a Greek play. It's all written either to scene or theme (including Enemy, as Imagine Dragons go way back with Riot and are fans of the game, and were brought in super early), usually to storyboards, and temp versions were recorded early on. Then they brought in outside artists (like Bones UK, Woodkid, Denzel Curry, and PVRIS to list a few) to record the final versions. The music is often associated with specific characters, even, to give insight into their headpaces. It's the case with this episode's "Goodbye," though I think this song was the only one not written to scene, as it had been written prior but never used for something. Alex Seaver (co-composer of the pop soundtrack) felt it was too perfect for this context and so he went with it instead.
Haha yeah nobody knows what S2 is going to be like based on the trailers for S1 vs the show the S2 trailers are probably mostly lies. We'll find out together.
Well... some people actually do know. lol The first 5 episodes of s2 were leaked. I'm doing my best to avoid the leaks, but I did have two things spoiled on youtube. Luckily they were not anything major. I won't say anything specific about them, but one of them I was already 99.99% sure of anyways and one of them is a new thing that I wouldn't have suspected, but I actually like knowing this one and it's making me look forward to next season even more to see where they go with it.
Heya--I've noticed that you'll talk about unrelated things during a scene and it's difficult to follow you. Maybe mix up your audio so your voice is louder or just pause until you're finished with your thought. For example, during the scene where Jayce and Viktor are breaking into the Academy, you're talking about love interests turning into monsters and having to kill them.
SkyMcSparkle: "No, you cant hurt him!"
Arcane: What if... we hurt *everybody* instead?

Thank you! I’ll let my editor know!
Yeah, this here's the episode that destroys you. Well, one of them...
From here the show takes off into one of the best of all times...
