LOVE the bow I have the same one with blacked out limbs. I have also put an arrow in the plywood in the top of the target under 20yds SO DON'T feel bad at least you don't have to look for it!!!! I haven't had any problems with my RX8. I'm shooting over 80lbs so my draw is noteably much more harsh! You will notice the RX8 pulls almost full lbs right from the start, watch your grip do to ti will show in your shot it may torque it, I found as i draw backmy hand would torque the bow at full draw. Enjoy the new bow!!!
So, is a seventy-four year young guy too old to take your course. I find your work concise, well filmed and precisely articulated. Thanks for the work. The video preceding your course is excellent. The best I've seen and all in one brief work. Thanks. O, better watch the young lady because her form looks spot on. Best wishes! What hinge are you using?
@@rogerhook8002 you’re never too old to learn new things! Thank you for the comment, and I’m glad you’ve found our videos helpful. She shoots a Stan Element and for hinges, I usually use the Truball HT or Ultraview Hinge 2. Take care, and thanks for watching. - Josh
I am 5' 4" and am shooting a 37 lb bow at 26.5" draw, Elite Era and can shoot a hundred arrows in a day and shoot the next day. I have my sight set out to 85 yards because arrows are 214 grains and if I had a second pin could get out further which I don't have. I use this bow for 3D and TAC outdoor target etc. My point is that a low poundage bow for women to be able to shoot a ton of arrows not only helps for practice but is a ton of fun. For hunting I am building a higher poundage bow 42-45 and it will always be setup for broad heads not target. Perhaps consider doing this? I shoot with a group of 30-40 women sometimes and am one of the few that doesn't get tired.
I have a tip for you three when serving your peep or other things. Take a small alligator clip shrink wrap the jaws ( to cover the teeth) us it to hold the serving tight well you do or set up to do back or under serving for the tie off It's your third hand you will need
Nice video - but what did you do at the end to fix that peep twist? She put at twist in the string, and then the peep was off. How did you get it back straight at brace without adding/removing any further twists?
He unwrapped the string from around the cam to get the twist out of the middle of the string instead of just the cam so the peep straightens right away instead of having to shoot it a bunch of times to work it's way out on its own.
I’m loving my UV slider! When I got into archery, I started with horizontal pins and I still really prefer it that way. In order to shoot bowhunter class for 3D shoots I cannot use the slider feature and I find it easier to split pins when I can look at what I’m aiming at! Something to consider if you shoot 3Ds too!
How is this possible? 342 grain arrow making pass throughs? LOL ...seems like the only thing you see on UA-cam is you need heavy arrows or you wont get penetration! Obviously this theory is totally false! That's a great set up! Well done!
I really like the way you take your time with her to get everything right ✅️ 🎯
Great content and y'all make a great team I've been with mine for 19 years, so I'm a big fan of y'all's congrats on the new bow God bless
Oh and your a great example of a strong young woman in today's society for future strong woman to learn from God bless

Great video, you two! Thanks for all the great info.

Are those strings electric blue? They look awesome with that bow color. Thats the best looking combo ive seen so far.

I see you’re shooting with UV Slider, since you shot with both Arxos and UV Slider, which one do you recommend?
I’m loving my UV slider! When I got into archery, I started with horizontal pins and I still really prefer it that way. How do you get the bare shafts to weight the same as fletched?
If you still have the rx7 ahe shot last couple years. I'd be interested in buying for my wife!
I’m 14 and i am shooting 60 pounds do you think that is to much for me or not
If it's comfortable for you and you're not straining then pull the most you're comfortable with.
Josh, the wife might need an archery/hunting wedding band, otherwise she might damage some strings or the bow with that monster ring. :)
What broadhead does she hunt with?
Slick trick vipertrick 100 grain. Works great!
What release is Rachel shooting? Carter Honey?
Stan element and UV button
From Wi ??
