Everyone, at one point or another, needs support for a myriad of reasons. Kudos to you for seeking qualified help and support and for recognizing that you needed it. That is a victory in itself because some people have difficulty seeking the assistance and support that they need. Keep taking it one day at a time. You are doing great!
