@@gelucrestin3748 might be intake temperatures or you did not tune the ECU so it gets too much boost and cant read that data or cant feed the engine with enough fuel so its running too lean... im not 100% sure that this will be the problem but it might be as i said.
Hello SL500! I'm doing a simular build with an SLK and it has very simular performance above 100km/h, what kind of exhaust manifold and pulley combo are you using? do you have a build topic?
ndrmini at that time I had stock exhaust manifold, small pulley on a eaton and big pulley on a crank (I don't remember sizes of them). That time I had around 1,0 bar from this setup and around 225HP 355Nm without ecu tune. Good luck with your SLK!

ndrmini if you can't put a turbo, think about other supercharger unit like TVS or Eaton from w203 C32 AMG. On this unit max you will gain is around 260HP and 400Nm. For me that will be not enough. I am doing now few new performance mods, so finally I would like to see on a dyno around 400HP and 600Nm.
SL500Mercedes hahaha crazy how you know these numbers :p got a dyno video up from my slk yesterday, he results are: 262.8hp and 389.9nm @+-0.7bar in the intake manifold. there is still some room left tho, I'm on stock muffler and still using the 54mm exhaust pipe diameter. 270hp might be possible!

Karam I don't remember exactly. I had max size on engine and smaller wheel on eaton, but still with clutch. I have to search somewhere it. I made also few mods into intake + K&N filter

Oh that's awesome! Did you buy your Pulley from ebay? That's where I was thinking about purchasing mine from. When I did a search I found the right pulley as mine is a facelift model it adds about 30-35 extra horsepower with a psi increase. I'm wanting to do it but just doing research to see it it's really worth it but by the looks of your video it seems to make a definite increase in performance.

@bfreal after I mounted Turbo in this car (still stock internals m111.975 engine) it made more than 405HP 550Nm with weight 1129kg. Check out my other videos on YT
