Watching your videos has saved my skin. Alittle more then a year ago, I was looking haggard, old, tired. My skin was sagging, with age spots, and malasma. I had horrible tear troughs and crows feet, expression lines on my forehead, around my mouth and eyes. I started watching you, wrote to ask some questions, and started using the active ingredients you talk about. Vitamin a,b,and c, peptides, cerimides, niacinamide, hyaluronic acids, glycolic acid...I started with small amounts of actives, as I have skin that can be finicky, I have sun allergy and Mt skin is turning sensitive at times. I went through the uglies, where I looked older, dry and flaky. I almost gave up, but watching you kept me trying, and I'm finally seeing results. I don't need thick concealers to cover my dark patches, regular medium coverage foundation does the job. My under eyes look smoother, tighter, the troughs are not as deep. My lines are softening, and look less noticeable. My skin is smoother, softer, and makeup sits better on it. I look younger. And I can't thank you enough. Your advice is so useful. You are a gem. I can't afford the higher end products, so I listen to what actives you are talking about. And I look for the best I can afford with those ingredients. I'm slowly working up to stronger strengths. I can't wait to see what stronger strengths do.
The Ordinary Caffeine solution is the BEST thing I've ever used on my hooded eyes. Of all the things I bought from the Ordinary (and there were very many [many many, many, many many...{many many many many - don't do it to yourself - pick 3 and work up from there...}]). Dark circles not so much (but for that I have a colour corrector/concealer - or else I just don't bother), but it seems to tighten the skin around my eye so it's not hooded at all (or not so much). I love the effect it has. In fact, with my Ordinary Routine, I tend to just slap it all on, then do my brows and my eyelashes and run out the door. I'm confident enough now to do that - whereas six months ago I wouldn't have gone into the office without a full face of make-up. Skincare now (says the drinking, smoking, sleeping in my makeup-up person) is paramount. Thanks for all the tips and tricks.
Helen Collins I am 2 months into my Ordinary prod and I over bought for sure but haven’t invested more the 🇨🇦$100 and some of them are amazing, I have yet to try the caffeine but I am putting it on my next order.
Diana Lee lol ! unless we are trying to do something ie on the computer (climb on keyboard) garden ( dig at the hole chew on flowers) exercise (get in your way) try to sleep( meow meow meow) Unless that was always just my cats.
Finally someone talking about Healgel and especially Healgel Eyes, yay!!! This is the only product i can use around my eyes that will not irritate my eyes or make me cry. I’m on my third bottle, and i will forever repurchase it.
Love that you really tell the truth about products and that you address what mature women really need to make the best of their skin issues. Thank you!
Even made 18 months ago, this is still good content. Thank you, Nadine! And it was nice to meet Yogi, too, having heard him rustlinga round in previous videos!
Niod's FECC is the best product I've ever used and now that I've finished my bottle a month ago, I really can see the difference. My fine lines under the eyes are back and dryness on my eyelids too. I cannot wait for this product to be available again. I place it above CAIS and MMHC on my list of priorities, and that says a lot. And if I may, PLEASE, bring back Brandon Truaxe, this vid was way too short...
I have been using The Ordinary Caffeine Solution for almost a year now. I literally place a few drops on the end of my left forefinger, then press both forefingers together and apply to each eye. It lasts forever, but I always keep a backup!! I suffer terribly with allergies, so the under eye dark circle and puffiness are a huge problem. This product is miraculous for me!!! However, be careful how low you place the product under you eyes. I was applying it like a concealer, and I developed a dry skin patch on the line where the product ended. I am also applying my HA on top as you suggested. Now, if we could just solve the pilling problem with my moisturizer I would be elated!
@@victoriahollis3454 Well, I had to figure out what serum was causing the pilling. Once I identified it, I just mixed it with a small amount of moisturizer and that took care of the pilling. If I use an oil or anything with an oil I also mix it with moisturizer and that keeps it from peeling. Do you know what product is causing the problems?
@@victoriahollis3454 I have found that oils cause pilling. Make sure you are mixing in a moisturizer. That's the only thing that works for me! My retinol has squalane oil in it, and if I don't add it to a moisturizer it pills terribly.
love your videos, esp yoki's famous appearance! can't wait for the lip one!! thx as always x

Great video, as usual. Thank you, Nadine. I love the Niod fractionated eye serum. My eyes have certainly improved since I use it. Your adorable cat!!! ❤
Aw your cat is so gorgeous! Thank you for this great video, I am in my late twenties and have been trying to find a light eye cream that's not too heavy.
Nadine, thanks to you I have tried the Niod Fractionate Eye Contour (for 2 months so far) and in my opinion, I am seeing results that exceed that of $300-$400 eye products. Also, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE when your kitty joins your videos!! Your kitty looks like my Patrick.
I absolute love this video! So glad you are part of the L'Oréal campaign - was so excited when I saw you. Glad they are including women who feel real - and honest!
I needed this video a year ago. I’ve been been using heavy creams under the eye! My eyes haven’t loved it. I ordered the healgel. It sounded the most intriguing. Thanks.
I’ve got THE WORST dark eye circles and I use Aspect Dr Eyelift cream. Expensive but literally erased my dark circles. Plumped up the skin under my eyes and lifted the skin above my eyes. Such a great line.
I’m stuck in bed with a kidney infection and complications saw you in my notifications and felt better I’ve started using the ordinary retinod and am definitely going to get the caffeine solution when I can thank you xxx
You always cheer me up Nadine, I love your no nonsense approach to skin care....spotted you on TV last night in a new hair add, well done you, you looked fab! Looking forward to your lip dupes video x
Love you have the links!! Niod just ordered!! I was already half way there from the comments on your previous video but your view sold it for me as been looking for something for the eyes (late 30’s need to start!) always enjoy your videos x
I bought the ordinary caffeine solution in the U.K. about a month ago? I think it was cult beauty. I haven’t been a fan of the ordinary branding etc and not too impressed with other products I’ve tried but the caffeine solution is amazing!!!
Jennifer Harvey I use it every morning. I’m also 22 and combination skin so I haven’t noticed any drying/dehydration lines My undereye doesn’t get puffy much but for some reason I feel like this serum helps with the darkness xxx
Aren't all cats? Lol, I look at my cat and think why I am even alive :D I mean that fur, the beautiful patterns, the aerodynamic body... Then I think of humans, and it seems like we are really blah. There will be no cat watching this channel, because they ain't ever gonna need it :P

I’ve been using the Niod serum for a few weeks now after ordering on Beautylish. I absolutely love 💗 it! Having mature skin I do top it off with a thin layer of eye cream. Will always keep this in my routine 👍. Love that it can be used on top of eyelids for smoothing.
Hi Nadine! I love the Ordinary caffeine. I use it and then add the Hylauronic Acid and my eye cream for makeup prep. Now I think I will put the caffeine on first thing. It sounds wonderful for my morning puffy eyes. I just love your videos, you are so appreciated. Thanks!
I developed a severe allergy to the “carrier ingredient” you mentioned and had to stop all use of Ordinary products that used it. I’m so glad they’re reformulating. Hopefully we can get the new version in the States as well.
I've been waiting for the ordinary FECC to come in stock for weeks and getting really frustrated. Now I know why and I've been able to order it via VB - thank you! Xx
I see people say you don't need an eye cream, just use your moisturizer, But I had a bad experience with that. I used my cerave moisturizing lotion on my eyes and OMG, I woke you with extremely puffy eyes, it lasts for 2 days, wasn't sure it was the moisturizer, so I applied it just under the eyes the next time, and the same thing happened, puffiness under the eyes for 2 days, now I know for sure that eye creams are necessary.
Awe Yogi, what a cutie! Thanks for the video, I struggle with fine lines in the morning from sleeping in my side. I'm going to give the Niod product a try! :)
Fantastic information Nadine! Have The Ordinary Caffeine but didn’t know about the NIOD Niacinamide Eye Contour. Live in Canada and just ordered it from their website-yippee❤️😀👍🇨🇦💋
I've tried quite a few but my total favourite is Lulu's time bomb eye cream......amazing results so comforting and doesn't irritate my ultra reactive skin......enjoyed the video!x
Could my wish be coming true???? I watched the Marvelous Mrs Hirons this morning and said now I needed Nadine and Stephanie to upload today and my day will be amazing. 2 of the 3 is still simply wonderful! Good Morning my dear! (it's still morning in US)
Btw I agree with you re the NIOD-it is fab on discoloured eyelids and wrinkles to an extraordinary extent and does a good job on puffiness but does not work on my dark circles but as you say nothing does.
Oh your cat is the double of my sons cat, she is called ‘You’ lol, she adopted my son, and is so loving, I have four dogs two of them, the westies, hate cats, so I can’t take the dogs to visit lol, the two retrievers are fine. Now onto the eye serums/cream, the Olay (almost said Ulay!) looks good to me, I’ll be 60 this year and my eyes aren’t too bad, but at my age it all starts going south lol. Thank you for showing this, look forward to watching the lip one, I had the middle third of my top lip removed and have a scar running from nose through lip, I had carcinoma in my lip, so it had to be done as it was full thickness. Do you have any videos on ‘budget friendly’ concealer that stays put? My lips are very lined because of it as well, so now I’ve just stopped wearing make up as it looks awful trying to cover bits. Thanks again xxxAnnxxx
Thx so much for the introduction to the HealGel range! I’m on a - seemingly endless - search to find something to help chronically painfully irritated abdominal skin from near-continual chemical burn (from GI acid leakage b/c of a medically needed intestinal tube) so am eager to look into their other offerings. Thus far the only thing that ever helps is Rx steroid cream (desonide) & while I’m not opposed to its use I’d love to be able to reduce it, as I can’t imagine the potential skin thinning will help the situation in the long haul. The shipping to the US from their site is quite ridiculous but I’ve found several other online stockists so just deciding which of their items to try. Fingers crossed!
Garnier and Climique have roller ball products containing caffeine very similar to the Bodyshop one that are pretty affordable, at least here in Canada, don't know if they are available i the UK. I keep my Clinique roller ball in the fridge, along with the Ordinary caffeine serum, and it is brillant ! Garnier also has a tinted one that is very good!
Nadine could you do a video on a whole skin care routine for the 4 main skin types dry, oily, problem skin and normal! I know it would help a lot of people you could do a budget and high end but to! Please please please I need a lift of products I can just go and buy!
Great video, would also love to see one on how you actually do your eye make up (maybe you've already done one?!) I've been researching a lot of videos on UA-cam re this & find a lot of them quite old fashioned with a tendency to suggest the shadow in the crease look. As I say I find this old fashioned & it's makes me look tired
Happy Sunday! I've been using the Ordinary Caffeine 5% Solution for a while now and keep mine stored in the frig. I think it's a nice temporary fix but I won't be ordering any more once my bottle is empty. Have you tried the Nivea serum at all?
Great video!! I used NIOD....was okay. Made my eyes a bit irritated. Lasers work well in eye area for me. Mostly I love eye cream for underneath concealer.
Thanks for this lovely video Nadine. I have developed few white spots under my eyes (I think it’s Milia). Could you please advice how can we get rid of it and also how to prevent this from reoccurring?
I can’t rave enough about The Ordinary Caffeine serum. So so good and it’s a must have for me. I’m really into The Ordinary and Niod ranges which are the first skincare products I have used that haven’t made me break out. Can you recommend a cleanser/face wash and face scrub that is unlikely to break me out? I don’t have sensitive skin and it’s normal to oily.
Another great video! I have super oily skin, but am very dry around the eyes. I have tried high end and lower end eye creams/gels religiously, but have never found anything that has made a significant difference( I may never !), but nevertheless, I was wondering if you have any suggestions? Thank you and keep up the good work 😘
Hi Nadine What would you recommend for crepey eye lids and a little puffy ness underneath . In my 40s and pregnant don’t know what to avoid in terms of skincare. Thanks so much really learning a lot with your videos. Very appreciative xx
Great review. If as mentioned they don't really tackle dark circles and that's my experience, is there no way to fix them? Maybe hydroliquinoine (probably mispelled)?
From losing a lot of weight after age 50, I am rather “hollow eyed,” and, tho’ I have some lines and wrinkles under my eyes, I never had puffiness or bags. I try to really super-hydrate my under eyes to try to fill out the lines and wrinkles, and possibly help hide my dark circles. Should I therefore, avoid the caffeine products for fear of causing more “skin shrinkage?” Or, would the tightening be beneficial? I’m always wondering. Thank you for a wonderful channel. I love you and your videos. Greetings from Texas. ✨💖✨
Even if I'm italian and I live in Roma, I'm a fan of your blog and your videos. Unfortunately, I can't get a lot of products you introduce. But something is available, now I can buy The ordinary on line, and I'll finally test those serums on my old skin (I'm 63...). Thank you for the tips and tricks you reveal: you have an approach to make-up and skincare wich I like very much. Excuse me for my poor english, and -please - could you give a big kiss from me and also from Martin (my cream British shorthair) to your purrfect, adorable cat? cinzia piat
Ran across u by accident but immediately subscribed! Very informative. Thank you! Question...You mentioned not to put retin A on eye lids but I've seen lots of people put it on eyes and it helps with droopy eye lids. What is ur view on this?
I really want to try the Olay eyecream. I do love my make up so can I use this product if so before or after foundation and concealer? Thanks, great video as always x
I would love to hear what you think of snail mucin products. Do you think they work/how to add them to your skin care routine etc. Korean skin care got so popular so fast and since it's really affordable, I'd love to hear what you think of the most popular ingredients :)

I've been researching a lot of videos on UA-cam re this & find a lot of them quite old fashioned with a tendency to suggest the shadow in the crease look. As I say I find this old fashioned & it's makes me look tired
Yogi is adorable! I need to try the eye treatments.
You are such a darling, I am mesmerized and love your channel
Happy Sunday! I've been using the Ordinary Caffeine 5% Solution for a while now and keep mine stored in the frig. I think it's a nice temporary fix but I won't be ordering any more once my bottle is empty. Have you tried the Nivea serum at all?
Does the Nivea work on the eyes? Mine are hooded and baggy 😢
Loved it. Love the top 5 and dupe series x
I love going out and buying your recommendations! xx
Great video!! I used NIOD....was okay. Made my eyes a bit irritated. Lasers work well in eye area for me. Mostly I love eye cream for underneath concealer.
I must be one of the lucky ones...I bought mine late last year from Victoria Health :)
Thumbs up for the thumbnail alone!! Seriously though, great video. New sub!
As always perfect video liked it before watching❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for this lovely video Nadine. I have developed few white spots under my eyes (I think it’s Milia). Could you please advice how can we get rid of it and also how to prevent this from reoccurring?
Nadine, please bring your cat to the camera again. I love it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Nadine!! I absolutely love your videos, I'm always learning something new! Should I be using retinol now? I'm 23
I don’t have sensitive skin and it’s normal to oily.
loved the cameo appearance of your cat! he's the highlight of the vid. pls feature him more!
Love all your videos, makes me feel like I know what I'm looking for when buying these products now! Also where is your bracelet from it's beautiful!
Very appreciative xx
what a beautiful cat!!
I got caffine last week on amazon from the ordinary no wait and available fine.
great picture of you and your cat ! love it
..and of course very interesting video - as always, thank you
I've used the Olay Ultimate Eye, it's lovely.
Fabulous video. Absolutely beautiful kitty. -Sue from Michigan

You love cats-oh that seals the deal! Love your channel!
Great video nadine as allways
I just Love you, Wayne. Great advice all around. Someday I will be able to afford your lovely Brushes
lol this isn't Wayne Goss's channel, this was funny to read
Ran across u by accident but immediately subscribed! Very informative. Thank you! Question...You mentioned not to put retin A on eye lids but I've seen lots of people put it on eyes and it helps with droopy eye lids. What is ur view on this?
I hope there are Tom Ford lip dupes, can’t wait!!! ❤️
Love this selection Nadine!! EFSA please approve the caffeine eye serum 👀👀👀👀👀
The kitty is gorg!!❤️❤️❤️
I really want to try the Olay eyecream. I do love my make up so can I use this product if so before or after foundation and concealer? Thanks, great video as always x
Im on medication thats really drying out my skin, my under eye could really do with some hydration and the bodyshop eye reviver sounds ideal.
Also look at the Olay one X and Hylamide do one from Deciem too
Nadine Baggott Thanks loads, I will do...🌺🌺😀
M.Mackenzie I get very dry around my eyes so I keep Clinique Pep Start eye cream with me and reapply over my make up half way through the day.
I would love to hear what you think of snail mucin products. Do you think they work/how to add them to your skin care routine etc. Korean skin care got so popular so fast and since it's really affordable, I'd love to hear what you think of the most popular ingredients :)
Hi Nadine, great video! I'm almost 40 with normal skin ... would I need an eye cream on top of the Niod serum? Thanks 😘
