Long time fan here, just wondering if you will be doing a general tutorial about how to get the best sound on set for a hobbyist like myself? Appreciate all your hard work over the past decade.
You do get sales for the hollyland lark m2 now to bring it closer to the price of the xt1 and it is a lot more compact while on the camera which is nice - I don't mind putting the charge case away but lugging that battery bank receiver on top of the camera looks awkward.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a possibly better wireless mic like this that can be more pricey but around this same size? I might get this one but not sure. For narrative filmmaking
@@michaelpeterss4431 I have a Rhode now but it’s just super long and I’m trying to downsize. Just curious if anyone has any specific models that I can look out for that aren’t too outdated
I mean I heard better sounding mics but pretty darn good for the price.
Not too shabby! Any plans on comparing this to the Lark M1?
0:50 outdoor sound is convincing, in fact I don't hear any traffic even, just slightly the rain
Does everybody in comments and you on review forgot about small detail... It doesnt have jack imput for lavaliers! Insane
I think its designed in this way, not "missing". There are several wireless mics with that concept.
Cooles Ding

Never expected such a far range from such a cheapo mic set / anything above 260ft is crazy IMO
I'm surprised you managed to operate the touch screen during all the heavy rainfall.
Fellas i need these asap for my upcoming documentary project thanks for sharing
I like the fact these don't need traditional clipons but for thicker jackets theyre still necessary I figure
Noise cancellation is effective but for my taste still too strong

Thanks for mentioning the adaptive noise reduction I had no clue that it's actually adjusting the intensity automatically.

High end brands are Sennheiser and Rode, I use them, not sure if they have exact same size mics

Sennheiser XSW-D series could be a fit for you
Just realised that Low Cut filters are seemingly still a thing 😝 Well to be fair I would prefer a bass boost or so.
Maybe add some bass in post then
You gentlemen are the best microphone test team out there. Always reliable and straight forward without any BS!!!!
Man that rain is crazy great shot at 2:27 min.
Sounds Great!
Thanks, looks a great little product. I wish I could buy it tho - no price yet on the website. 👍🏻
I think they should make the Logo bigger on the mic and maybe Red color or Pink.
x-h1 is still a fantastic camera.
Absolutely, we love it!
0:20 you know there’s a HUGE difference between $109,00 and $109.00
Depends on your region, the world is not the same everywhere and even if, the point or comma would be after the second digit anyways
i thought the smallest is hollyland m2
