This Sound Bath Creates Lucid Dreams 😴🌙

  • Lucid dreaming refers to a state of awareness during a dream that allows you to control the experience like the writer of a story.
    🛌
Science shows that this phenomenon can sometimes be intentionally induced under controlled circumstances like those we've created in this sound bath.
    🛌
The purple lighting and soft crystal singing bowls will facilitate a relaxed state of being and a sense of safety. Meanwhile, the gentle periodic taps of the Tibetan bowls will cause imperceptible interruptions to your sleep pattern, therefore preventing the transition into a deeper state of sleep and suspending you in a sleep state called 'hypnagogia'.
    🛌
Hypnagogia is the period between being fully awake and asleep and is known to be the stage in which lucid dreaming occurs; especially when this state is prolonged.
Usually, this state only lasts 10 minutes but we hope this sound bath allows you to stay in a hypnagogic state for an extended period of time.
    As always...
🏮 The low lighting dims slowly over the course of the first hour so that you will fall asleep fast and stay asleep.
💤 The gentlest strikes of the singing bowls will serve to ease the mind and stimulate the types of thoughts that will soon become your dreams.
🚫 There are no commercials for the entire 8 hours.
We hope you achieve deep, pure sleep and awake feeling rested, healthy, and energized. If you like the video please subscribe for more.

I have severe insomnia, among other issues I've mentioned on here in the past, and within 5-10 minutes, I fall asleep. What's interesting is that my dreams are intense. I dream of flowers and oceans and the sky. Peaceful, soothing dreams. When I don't watch this, and I fall asleep, I have horrible dreams. This has helped in my healing so much and still does and will continue to do so. Thank you so much!

My heart goes out to you Debbie. It sounds like you're on the healing path and sometimes those horrific dreams are the only way we can process suppressed emotions. I'm just honored my music can be here for you to experience the beauty of your sleep. I send you my love 🫂💜💜💜

Lucid dreaming is so, SO interesting. They made me want to learn a lot about dreams themselves and my own thoughts as I grew up. I remember the first time it happened to me as a kid... To see things I imagined almost as an afterthought suddenly materializing themselves around me was marvelous, magical doesn't begin to describe it... The problem, you see, is stopping once you begin the process. In dreams everything reacts to your mind, and the only way to not create or affect new things is to quiet your thoughts to even less than a murmur. Everything in there is vapour, cotton candy fragile and equally as malleable. If you think or feel about something a little too strongly in dreams , you will affect it or summon it. It's incredibly reactive, you can't decide **not** to, by the time you think "no" it's already happening. If you are scared, the dream reacts to it. If you are happy, that too. In recent years, I've found that the dreaming world is the ultimate space to practice meditation and mindfulness. If your thoughts are derailing it will always show you like a mirror, it never allows you to lie to yourself. Going back and forth between affecting the dream and allowing it to run it's course without changing anything has become an almost nightly exercise. I haven't had a nightmare for a decade now... With one caveat.
My partner a certain night decided to play a prank on me to wake me up, and the prank appeared in the dream in the form of this one very much solid character with theirs arms around me. I could feel it touching me (because I was being touched in real life). Let me tell you, when you are a frequent lucid dreamer this what a nightmare looks like. First, I knew instinctively that it suddenly appeared without a clear reason for it to be there, as I was busy minding something else in the dream. Then it doesn't react when I reach out my thoughts towards it, doesn't let me go, no changes at all. I thought I had actually went into the deep end in some Lovecraftian kind of madness and found myself an actual creature with real intelligence and physicality to them that I couldn't affect or banish, and it's **INSIDE MY MIND** and it's **GRABBING ME** . Felt downright like a horror movie story setup, scared the hell out of me hahaha! I had to force myself to wake up. My poor partner didn't expect his innocent prank to go so badly, thankfully I didn't hurt him when I suddenly jolted awake. Now I laugh about it, it was very scary for me yes, but I got a great story out of it. And I also got to understand a little better how the external world can affect my dreams at times, and how it feels for 'me' within the dream when it happens.

For the past week-ish I have combined this with NSDR, Lucid dream Intentions, and some good ASMR to help sleep-onset.
I recommend everyone do the same if you want good sleep and want to LD, put the relaxing stuff in the beginning to sleep effortlessly and then put the LD stuff towards the end so you can't hear it when you are sleeping.
Doing this no doubt has made my sleep WAYYYY WAYYY ( guys fr, I fucking love sleep way more now ) better, ontop of better sleep I can practice lucid dreaming without even being conscious!!! This shit is a game changer for me and I hope my fellow LDers take this advice!!!!
BTW!: My audio track is around 2 hours, you can just LOOP it the whole night like the guy in the vid did, if you make it versatile enough, you can have this looped for 8+ hours and never notice.

I'm not an expert, but you should get exercise, eat well, and also more sun in the daytime and mornings. The sun not only helps set your circadian rhythm, but it also helps in the creation of vitamin d in your body, which helps with many things in your body. Exercise releases endorphins, even if it's a nice walk in the early morning. Or maybe try to climb a tree, that's very fun to do (just don't fall ofc)
      Hope this helps 👍🏾
