dont like light room or photoshop its for people with no talent its bull shit
I use this lens on a Sony a6700. It puts to shame many 2500+ euro/usd lenses from reputable manufacturers. This lens really lives up to it's PRO label(metal construction, weather sealing, wide F1.2 aperture, sharp, fast AF), excepting it's price: for this price, SoCaNikon sells cheap plastic crap not even sharp at F1.8. This really makes me think how badly we are screwed by the big camera manufacturers for the astronomic price of their lenses. Also, lenses like these really prove that APS-C format makes a lot of sense, as you get incredible quality pictures for less money and less weight to carry.

I got this lens on my fuji system from day one. I use to shoot with sony alpha for 15 years and my fav lens was the 135mm f1.8 zeiss, this cheap 75mm lens is better every way. Just got my viltrox 27mm f1,2 today, so excited.
On Sony, setting Clear Image Zoon with zoom 1.3 will ease the vignette for a cropping alternative for APC lenses on full frame. Laura, awesome video as always.

Wonder what your take is on Viltrox 75mm compared to Samyang 75mm.
If you have full frame then better to use sigma 85mm f1.4 that would be same as this 75mm viltrox just you get higher resolution. 75mm 1.2 is like 85mm 1.4. Also with full frame you can focus from closer distance and that gives even more bokeh

idk....i love viltrox and what their mission is, and ive been asking for a apsc f1.2 for years so i should be so excited.....but idk....all the videos ive watched this lens seems to be very flat, without much character
Actually this lens Viltrox 75mm F1.2 gives you 114.8mm F1.84 on full-frame :) Better go for Sony FE 135mm F1.8 GM

@@ifeanyichukwuhenry511 1500eur but you can get Samyang 135 for similar money.. which you can then use on apsc mode as ~200mm f2.. but that is only if you have FF camera which not everyone does..
@lukazupie7220 Because Sony FE 135mm F1.8 GM will be even better. It is always better to use full-frame lenses on full-frame bodies to get the best results. Also, Sigma Art 105mm F1.4 is a nice lens too.
@@kwakusa well yes if you have FF camera, size (and probably weight too) doesn't matter and you have alot of money... sure:) nobody suggested buying apsc lens for FF camera to begin with... this is lens for apsc cameras.
maybe I'm old fashion but a 75 F1.2 on APSC is similar to a 50mm F1.8 on FF. I guess there are better options for FF shooters. For photography, this lens is probably a good option for APSC users only.
No, 75mm on APSC is equal to 112.5mm on FF. The 50mm F1.8 will not come close to what this 75mm F1.2 can produce. It is stepping into a telephoto range and with F1.2 the (or around 1.8 FF DOF) the background is going to be super creamy while 50mm F1.8 will not produce the same results.
