Toxic people r usefull for us to learn.
What she had to learn from this is how to gain self esteem and step into her power.
Toxic people are just projecting their own image on other people.
They're feeling bad, so they want other people to feel bad too.
These people just need help.
A healthy emotionally person won't even have the time to judge, too focus on minding their own business ~

When a person is very toxic, she'll manipulate... Be rude and then be very friendly / being sorry.

Its terrible what your friend went through with that girl. I'm glad she cut "Leah" out of her life.
I, unfortunately, have a toxic friend (best friend) and thanks to her I get anxious and stressed out anytime she messages me now. I haven't physically seen her since my wedding a couple years ago. (She was a bridesmaid.) And even back then she was far from the person I befriended back in middle school.
The day she started to make me anxious and stressed was last December, when I started to get constant messages from her nearly everyday. She went on tangents and rants about anything and everything she could think of. I didn't even realize it starting off but I was just an emotional punching bag for her. I just started to feel drained of my energy and couldn't talk to her for long because of it. Now because of that and from this one story she told me about, I can't even look at her the same anymore. To make matters worse, I wasn't the only person she was bothering. She was doing the same to my other best friend, who at one point blocked her number. And my mom. And one thing she kept pestering all of us about was getting her Christmas presents. Because of that, I felt dirty and like I was just being taken advantage of.
I talked to my husband about all of this and asked him what he thinks I should do. He believes that I should give her a second chance and still be friends with her, and just not talk to her as often as I did. I've given her dozens and dozens of second chances. (She's shown signs of passive aggressive behavior over the years and I always feel like I'm walking on egg shells around her.)
I tried telling her how she makes me feel and everything but she just doesn't listen.
I just don't know what to do at this point. If anyone here has any kind of advice, it'd be much appreciated.
Just talk to her one last time about breaking off the friendship. Or write her a letter. I lost a non-toxic friend about 5 years ago with no conversation and I still think about it. 💔

Leah was an unhappy bitter person and wanted to take it out on someone, not only did she offer the shot, she was pushy about it, it's too much of a coincidence for it to not be her who spiked it. Definitely talk about this with close ones, its important to try and find closure. 💖
Sounds like “Leah” needs to go to therapy and work on some things before trying to make friends. Maybe drug counseling, too. 😬
For some reason Leah is obsessed with your friend Michelle. Leah is straight up evil. Some people think there needs to be a reason for people to act that way ...but she's was way more than toxic, Leah is evil. No one owes her anything. Everyone needs to distance themselves from Leah and never have anything to do with her ever again. I'm sorry that happened to you ...so happy you came out of that situation 🌷🥰

I understand the feeling you have afterwards about possibly being drugged from a drink. I was at my friends place, had 2 normal drinks(and supper beforehand) and for the life of me I dont remember a single thing once we left(just a blurry memory of me getting out of a cab) and then bam woke up the mext morning in my bed.
Did find out later that I was telling people a fake name and my friend almost sent me home with a stranger knowing i was out of it. Thankfully the other two people i was with got me home in a cab.
Cut that person out not long after.

Babe. I know such bitchy friends can be so draining. Literally energy vampires. I now have personally taken it upon myself to be " Bitchy GUILT-FREE Cunningness" right back at them. Then boom u should just cut them off from life. I so can relate to ur truth just like the other followers here. I love listening to u vent. It feels so good. But im flabbergasted at what u went through. Im feeling so sorry dear. U should report her.

You can!! You are strong!! Block them, ignore them when you have to be in the same space. I had toxic friends myself. When I found out what they where doing, I was done. Broke all contact. When i saw then I just said hi and that’s it.
