I can go weeks without drinking. But when I do drink I go 1000%. End up spending 2-3 days trying to get back to normal. Hangovers are vicious. For me even though I don’t drink daily or weekly it’s a problem when i do. It’s best I stay away from that shit entirely.

      drink resposibility, my ass,
      My thought.
If u dont get drunk whats the point of drink.
And u dont know how much make u drunk.
Its better of that shit. I m tired of this habit.

Onwards and upwards indeed . Kevin I've been following your site for well over a year now and you have been paramount in helping me . I've been to all sorts of private Charleton clinics and all sorts of private methods and you are so correct that it is only yourself who can stop this . in fact some of the treatment made my outlook worse and if anyone out there would like to know my experiences then I would be more than happy to share . Thank you Kevin . Sincerely .

Oh my goodness, Kevin! 😂 «You can achieve the same result by going up and smacking a police officer and getting yourself locked up for a month” - so brilliant!
You’re very wise yet approachable. I appreciate your videos and oftentimes listen to them on my own walks. Please keep sharing.

The issues in people’s lives is what makes alcohol so addictive you have to deal with life’s issues alcohol free otherwise your alcohol addiction becomes worse over time to help kill the mental pain imo

You are a wise man mr. Kevin, in my experience it all boils down to 1 thing: self discipline.
Self discipline comes a lot easier when you make a habit of positive things.

I love your videos Kevin but I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one. I KNOW that I did not get sober on my own. 🙏

You shouldn't take any of the work away from yourself. Of course, we can have inspiration and even help from other people, but only you can not put the alcohol in your mouth, nobody else can do that for you. It's a bit like saying that despite all the studying you did, you couldn't have done it without your teachers...It's true, but you did the studying, you put in the hours. You should be holding your head up high and be proud of your achievement. By all means, be grateful for others help, but that's all it will ever be, help. You did it, Vickie!

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. Your videos are full of wisdom and honesty, and have helped me so much.
I am 3.5 years sober. I was drinking myself stupid nearly every night. And yes, I do give myself credit. I am a person of faith and while I never try to force my beliefs on others, I know God has carried me through this. I have seen Him at work in my life and in the lives of others.
