Guillotines actually DO affect it, it's just that guillotines don't actually instakill enemies -- it actually just increases damage against elites and modifying the healthbar to make it LOOK LIKE it is, but it really isn't.
Retool Mul-T is great for silence between strikes and shared design, at least outside of eclipse. You can swap them out and instantly gain all the shield and then swap back to recover the shield as health.
So i noticed how you use nailgun with multi, is there a reason that you prefer it over just swapping between rebar launcher to reset the cooldown? Is it less efficient in the long run? Or is it pert of your builds with multi?

Crit is beyond capped, I forget how collapse functions but he’s void so that doesn’t matter too much, right? I know clover is op. But instead of luck atgs he has plimp. Like I said, he capped crit, so whatever.

zetaspects increases their drop rate. it's not supposed to be a 2% chance it's supposed to be 1/4000 which is a 0.025 chance.
I got one of these and a red in the first stage then died cuz a stone guy shot me off the map shit was so tragic

You could have an aspect in each slot, but only the one in the active slot has any effect.
