Hi Kevin, did you experience issues printing the first layer? I went and bought K1 Max and the first layer print is so spotty and inconsistent. What profile temperature for the bed did you use? Thanks in advance.
Mine lasted only 4 days then it crapped itself. Dug a hole in the build plate after an auto bed level and lidar scan. So much for that technology. Ruined the hot end and nozzle and bed was completely trashed. So I replaced the parts, and before I got to start another print it threw 111 fault code which aparently is a main board or print head board failure. So it's completely bricked. It was great until it wasn't. Creality support was hopeless. I actually think that the board failure probably caused the initial bed damage.
Dude, that sucks. I've had that happen with other printers people say they loved. For example, the Neptune 3 pro. Everyone loves it, have had nothing but problems.
i was going to get one but ive seen so many QC / issues with them. glad u like it!
Yeah, its one of those printers that either kills it or has some issues. But man, I run this thing all the time.
@@3DPrintedProps glad you like it man, just picked up a P1S while i wait for phrozen arco. I did look at xmax3 but its very loud.
One day will finally get a printer

I love my K1 Max. Perfect? No, but damn good.

Sexy looking printer. One day ill get something that size to make my helmets. As always, fantastic video. Keep them vids coming brother.
After 3 months from this video would you still recommend?
Yep, it's printing almost daily with little maintenance. Love it.
Thank you.
My pleasure. :)
Spool placement was probably the CEO's grandson's idea.
Mine lasted 3 months. Creality Support might as well not exist. I loved the printer when it worked, but it is worthless now.
What happened, how did it stop working
3:06 as a developer, I can say that if the program fails it's 98% of the time your mistake
Once you said the Creality software was great I stopped watching. It’s a know issue that it is not great.
