    Hi Sarah & Andy
I found your channel a few months ago and starting from the first one, I am now this far through your list of videos. I absolutely love coastal hikes and walking and especially around Cornwall. I've visited 72 countries and still can't believe that I hadn't explored much of the UK or even been to Cornwall until I was 40 (I'm now 58). Your videos have been a source of both entertainment and information that has helped me plan our next trip. We bought a large campervan in January 2020 with the intention of touring around the UK for a year (starting in Cornwall) before heading off on a 33 Country tour around Europe and Scandinavia over around a 10 year period. Using your videos as part of my planning process, I have put together a 35 day tour of Cornwall which hopefully we can start this year once the awful virus is under control, people are vaccinated and lockdown restrictions are eased. Thanks very much. Woody
P.S. I'm sure you must have come across it but just in case, for Andy, Anns Pasties in Lizard are to die for.

I think you deserve a 10/10 for determination. Awesome scenery that made up for the difficult instructions of the map. Lovely to see those smashing doggies and don't they just love there walks. Again enjoyable and well done. a lovely bit of entertainment guys.

Another really enjoyable video, thank you. You may have failed to complete the planned walk but it was a win as you were in Port Isaac and Port Gaverne - absolutely stunning scenery. We completed a 17-miler around the South Downs yesterday but, as nice as it is, it is incomparable to your Cornish walks. Fab to see your dogs clearly loving their walks and swimming too! Our old lad is so slow now that we leave them both at home when we set of on an epic trek! (He still does the shorter ones though.) Looking forward to the Mevagissey video...

We have to limit our walks a bit too, our black and white dog is 10 and we don't want to push him too far! He starts to flag after about five miles. Mevagissey in edit! :) Sarah

Its been miserable all day Up North, so I thought I would watch a nice summer hike, just to remind me what the sun looked like. Once you got started it was a great hike, in great weather, oh to have days like that back again. I am pleased to see/hear that it is not only me that says Bahhhah, when you see a sheep in a field lol. You made the right call not going to go in the field with cows with calf's, especially with you dogs. Must admit, I am not a fan and apart from on a plate, surrounded by chips and mushrooms I do not like cows at all. Port Isaac looked great, cheers Alan

Alan METALMAN - Hiking & Outdoors Thank you for your lovely comments. It has been really wet this winter down here, especially on the days we are available for filming, which is really annoying. However I’m sure we will probably have a hosepipe ban in a few months time! We seem to bump into cows regularly on our walks, they generally ignore us, however some of the steers get a bit aggressive so we are always very careful. If you get some sunshine soon, please tell it to pay us a visit as well. Cheers Sarah & Andrew :)

Is Truo a real place. I often wonder what it really looks like. And waitbridge also. They are both probably spelled wrong. For give me❤️

Yes, both Truro and Wadebridge are real places. The only made up place in Doc Martin is Port Wenn, although they use a real town, Port Isaac to film. Truro is a beautiful little city. It has a magnificent victorian cathedral which dominates the centre, surrounded by cobbled streets and old buildings. It's our largest shopping area - hence no filmed walk! Sarah :)
