Obsidian doesn't have to worry rn. They have been one of MS' most productive studios. They shipped Outer Worlds in 2019, and two DLC for that game, Grounded with updates, Pentiment, and now Avowed. That's actually a lot.
Y’all have to lay off the nonsense that Xbox is just going to go around closing their studios. They need studios. What sense does it make to just start shuttering studios you spent billions to acquire?

Oh how was it when Sony laid off 8% of their staff compared to Microsoft only 5%. Including those defunct studios. Oh and I'm you heard that Microsoft rehired a lot of those developers into other studio's. As those closers were done to do lack of or left leadership.
@@BrotherKnowledge. IP acquisition is just as important as talent acquisition. And besides, with 1 exception, the studios closed down were not doing so well. Plus, Tango's best talents left or retired after the acquisition.
Does it suck? Yes. But that doesn't mean every studio is gonna randomly get axed. Obsidian has been with Xbox since 2019, I don't think they're gonna shut them down anytime soon. Unless Avowed bombs.

last studio MS shut down was Lionhead in 2016.. it's not like it happens verry often

My opinion: I think they should have an initial first-time startups screen for COD that has 2 options for UI introduction:
1. I'm new to COD (Show me everything) or
2. I'm used to COD (Only cover the basics)
That way the veterans don't have to sit through minutes of intro videos for stuff they already know.

Black ops 6 is base game is 77.8gb. I was surprised the whole game was downloaded rather than the couple hundred mb they usually have when you're able to pre-download.

I don't have a problem with a franchise deviating from the original concept if it turns out to be cool. Castlevania lords of shadow for example, it was a GOW rip-off, but it was really, really good. Completely different to SOTN.

But I gotta say... Resident Evil was never about zombies to begin with. So, I don't see how that isn't a Resident Evil game.
Resident Evil has always been about creating biological weapons. From day one. "Zombies" were just a side-effect of failed attempts at turning dead bodies into Undead soldiers, which was the goal.
So making werewolves and vampires is very Resident Evil. Because that means that the scientists have made progress in creating humanoid biological weapons vs. what they were able to do in the beginning.
Do y'all not pay attention to the actual lore of Resident Evil? It is a story-driven game so I don't see how y'll miss these things.

The last Black Ops I played was Black Ops 2, so it would be nice to get 3, 4 and 5 on Game Pass right now lol, but it seems that’s not happening, at least not yet.
It's kinda strange that it's taking so long for the old ABK games to hit game pass, but it'll definitely happen eventually. Sarah Bond did say back in February that Diablo 4 coming to Game Pass was the first in a wave of ABK's back catalog coming to the service later this year, but we haven't gotten any updates since. Hopefully, before the year is over we get most of the ABK games on the service because it's clear that they are working in the background on putting these games in, like with how Tony Hawks Pro Skater and Crash Bandicoot were recently added to the MS PC store.
The last COD I played was the OG MW2 on the 360. BLOPS 6 looks insane, and I will definitely be getting back in. I will play like complete crap because I'm not really an FPS guy, but oh well, it looks fun.

Star Wars Outlaws is a slap in the face to Humberly González who had her beautiful face wasted on a character that looks nothing like her, Ubisoft should be ashamed of themselves & should seek guidance from Respawn on how they modeled Cameron Monaghan for Cal Kestis.
My only problem is I love open world Zombie .Level 750 on the new zombie and don't care to go back to the old zombie.Will try for free with my Gamepass .Cant wait for E-day .Huge Gear head here

They need to make a standalone zombies and add it to the launcher. Counterpart to Cod HQ, Zombies HQ, have it have all previous zombies (like spaceland) modernized and allow people to separately buy zombies from future titles. I care about zombies, not cod. I wanna buy zombies, not cod. Cod Zombies is what got me into the zombie survival genre.
