I read that this song wasn't written by Ratt, it was written by an LA guitar player and presented to Ratt and they rearranged it (maybe rewrote some of the lyrics or music) and recorded it. But yes, Pearcy is rocking man, is great to see!

I love that he's still out here rocking! However, they level his voice so low that it just blends in with everything and you can't hear him to well. Same thing at my concert in AZ. Not a huge detractor from the experience, but you def won't hear his voice too much.

Then there is GnR, and former drummer Steven Adler doing Adler's Appetite. Don Dokken has a band with no original members, Cinderella, Skid Row, and Bon Jovi, all perform with new members. Might as well call every band a "cover" band nowadays.

Here's the situation. I was literally 3 ft to the left of where this video was shot. At that location you hear the left guitarist (the Robbin Crosby) directly from his Marshall amps. You hear the right guitarist (the Warren DeMartini) directly from his Marshall amps. Directly in front are 5 ft by 4 ft by 2 ft woofers, so you get plenty of kick drum and bass - all total >100 db. The vocals come out of the house PA speakers behind and above this location. So when you hear the voice on this video, it is both his real voice, and the stage monitors. There are other videos shot from farther back and you can hear the vocals. So anyways, the sound engineer is fine. He's focused on the house mix. It would be great to marry the sound board feed with this video. This is the same situation at every show when you are up front. All the best.
