Just a heads up we are up to Season 2 episode 4 on Patreon and we drop two episodes every tuesday on our Gold Member tier!
Imon_Snow okay
Already?
Oh snap! That's a lot to watch
Gold member, omegalul, who would pay for that.
I'm tempted but it will only last me a few days to catch up
The extreme difference between your immediate reactions to Tony the Toilet was hilarious! :D :D
"Definitely no tazers"
*immediately pulls out tazer*
Don’t tase me bro
@@ourcorrectopinions6824 Another bootlicker. Warrants exist for a reason. If they wanted to enter private property, they should've gotten one. And they had no right to assault someone just because they thought he was a drug addict. Chuck wasn't threatening them and had no weapon. Stop defending excessive force.
@@artistfloor9 When the police doesn't have a warrant they can enter a property if there's probable cause. It isn't right but they can do it.
It's a show, they exaggerated the way the officers reacted for dramatic purposes.
@@andrewhills9391 Or accurately portrayed bullshit that happens all the time.
@@ourcorrectopinions6824 They still could have talked to him and attempted to understand his viewpoint rather than just immediately going for the tazing though. Like asking why specifically does he want no cellphones out. You could put 2 and 2 together and see that he doesn’t like electricity.
You can kill someone like that with a tazer (which has happened before), and if they did I doubt they would get off with anything less than murder/manslaughter.
I don’t understand why police would resort to weapons for every single potential criminal.
8:06 That face/slow turn, that's what I came here for.
I love how it kinda hits everybody the same. no one wants to say their immediate suspicion because that's a gross thought to have when it's paired with that stupid voice. but from second 1 everyone is immediately like 😐
Jimmy was not "Preying on old people.". He may have even gave her a great deal. He is just so desperate for money at that moment that he acted that way.
The intention and motive don't change the act. He was preying on them.
Yes he was. Did you not watch the rest of the season? Do you not know Saul? It’s ok to admit the star of the show is an asshole.
Of course he is because Jimmy is such a stand up guy.😒😒😒
@@LanceJ. Well then you should just admit that you are just a hater and it doesn't matter what Jimmy does, it's bad. Cause this isn't preying on the elderly in any way. Have you ever used a lawyer? It ain't cheap. And this isn't even that much
@@LanceJ. Did you not watch the rest of the season? He literally climbed through garbage and took on a massive company and their high powered attorneys to stop them from preying on the elderly.
Your reactions to the sex toilet were priceless! Hahahaha
The breaker box makes it look like the house had its wire stripped and scrapped for money
Thank you both for speaking up about such touchy subjects, I can tell you want to be neutral on this channel, but I think this helps us viewers all know you better, in a way. And thank you, Imon, for sharing about your family.
This is why I love your commentary, you are perceptive, insightful and also funny!!. Loved the conversation about police and mental health, so true and important. And yeah Bob's hands are really nice haha.
Thanks for saying the name of the episode up top. It's important to me. Enjoying your reactions!
Love the video Imon Nation and ABI Nation stay motivated dream big 1 Mill on the way
I'm fairly sure that the probable cause was him owning stolen property, even if it's just a newspaper but I might be wrong about that
I mean they would not do it if they knew who Chuck was, but they think he’s a tweaker nobody. So, yeah you could make a CASE for it being legal, but it’s more about they do what they want.
It moved beyond probable cause for a crime and into territory of someone being in an unsafe situation.
Petty theft does not give the police the right to break into a private residence and assault people. If they thought someone was using illegal drugs, they should've documented the evidence and gotten a warrant. Regardless, they had no right to tase Chuck because he was unarmed and wasn't threatening them.
To be fair, I would have thought some meth head tweaker stole the copper wiring and was squatting in some guys house too if I had the info those police has at the time.
In this case they didn't need a warrant, they had probable cause to enter, but if they uncovered an unrelated crimes, the evidence couldn't be used in court, but any evidence related to the crime the probable cause lead to would be.
Not downplaying police over reach, it does happen. Specifically with lethal force.
He was very coherent for a meth head.
@@user-rb3yx1bf6g Maybe to another lawyer. To a couple of blue-collar cops, he probably sounds just like the deranged legalistic babblings of the typical "Sovigern Citizen" nutjobs that cops come across all the time
Yes, they did need a warrant to forcibly enter a private residence when there was no imminent threat. He was not obligated to answer the door. They assumed he was a meth head based on circumstantial evidence. They should've documented the evidence and come back later. And even if he was an addict, they had no right to assault him. He didn't have a weapon and he wasn't threatening them.
That's the problem with the police - they do whatever the hell they want and they usually get away with it. They escalate situations because they have poor judgement and inadequate training. Everything makes them fear for their life, which they use as an excuse to act aggressive and violent in situations that do not call for it. It is not illegal to look "suspicious." It is not illegal to deny them entry into your home. Not every crime justifies a beat down.
@@artistfloor9 Depends. Honestly it's the tasing that was out of line. They had no reason to use force on him right away. Should of just kept questioning him and do to probable cause could enter but he wasn't threatenting them in the least so should have just continued to question and observe him in the house.
abi waving her arms as she fails to remember the name of an actor she likes in the beginning is the biggest mood ever lmao
I can’t wait to see their reaction to episode 6. It’s easily one of my favorite episodes of B.B. or B.C.S. It completely stands on its own two feet which is insanely difficult
They wanted to call this episode "Jell-O" but they couldn't get the rights
Annoys the shit out of me that they couldn't come up with another title that ends with O :(
What was the episode called
@@Birrrrra Alpine Shepherd Boy
They could of called it Yolo!
this was also the episode name that caused them to do the naming scheme with the rest of the episodes, but then in the end, this was the only one that didn't get that name lol.
About that intro: "ACAB."
@Porter Nice projection. If you think BLM are racists then you are the one who is ignorant my friend.
@Porter The movement is about equality for black people and how police need to be held accountable. Why would they talk about things that are completely unrelated to their overall goal?
@Porter First thing that statistic is completely false and it's only based on what the police have voluntarily released. Second thing is that black people are killed at a disproportionate amount when compared to any other race.

This made me want to become a patent lawyer just to see all the stuff that doesn't make it :)
The toilet scene was the most hilarious thing ever xD
5:15
I'm, the hand noticer.
Now....the show begins.
For a future show to react to, if you haven't already watched it, Longmire, it's on Netflix, pretty good
8:05-9:40 this was the best reaction ever lol
The hardest working reactors on YT...uploading at 3AM...dont you want me to sleep!?
Maybe they live in a time zones that late in the morning for us, but not them.
Please watch Dark Next. I think you two'll love it!!!
Put it like this... If that money would've been real, the show would've ended right then and there
😆😅😂🤣😭💀
Great series!!!!!!!!
Yeah, my reactions to that toilet device was the same as y'all.
The next episode is one of THE episodes
Yes is the same place were hector was in breaking bad
Are you talking about agoraphobia, AKA the fear of open or public spaces?
Ok I really need to tell y'all, I am in for a headcanon Imon romance with Bob Odenkirk.
I loved your reaction to tony the toilet buddy
Abbi aka whats his face
Y’all need to watch snowfall after better call Saul the black breaking bad
13:20 whoah didnt notice tht
Yeah.
uhh i think chris hansen might want to have a word or two with tony the toilet .
Tony, how about you take a seat right over there.
6:20 "we'll retain him." she freaky and she belong to the streetz
You don't like Pabst Blue Ribbon? :D
El problema de chuck creo que quiere que sea algo fisico porque así podra volver a ser abogado
I can't wait for the reaction to the next episode. It's so good and I can't wait to see what you guys think.
Cops are given a lot of leeway when they believe a crime has been committed. And they can be a little aggressive sometimes.
I wouldn't say Jimmy was preying on that old lady. He was performing a service for her and she paid him for it. He's just a little desperate for a paying job.
Problem here is Chuck's ego. If your neighbors know you have issues, they'll be understanding. If you are pretending to be ok, but not acting ok, you're going to wind up with police at your door. In any case, the police can see what looks like an squatter or homeless guy living in an abandoned/unoccupied house. They can't just walk away from that - if the real owner comes back and there is an altercation, there's gonna be some hard questions about "you were out there, saw the circumstances, and did nothing?!?" Fundamentally, this is a case of the officers don't thave a good choice available to them. They have to investigate, or... not investigate, and either way gets them into a unpleasant situation.
He knew he had issues, he just didn't know it was mental.
They did have a good option available to them - document the evidence and obtain a warrant to enter the property. And they most certainly did not have the right to assault Chuck, even if they thought he was a drug addict. He was unarmed and was not threatening them.
sex toliet, lol, you were both horrified :)
Five-O next week bois!! *You get that through your head!*
SPOILER:
13:18 damn, foreshadowing

How the f are you confused about the intro? They are cops
Wait Wait Wait. All cool people adore Bob Odenkirk. But are you saying... that you are "into" his hands? Coz that's a trailblazer opinion.
lololol. He has nice hands!

First few seasons: wow this is an amazing prequel!
Next few seasons this is just an amazing show!
Last seasons: is this better than breaking bad??
It. Is.
The Stairguy I disagree atm but we’ll see how the last season plays out!!! I can’t believe I’m actually considering it though lol.
Ah, it's just taste anyway. I just like this story better
(support comment)
This was filmed before all this madness and their discussion is still relevant about police brutality 😔

You are soooo biiiig. Fill meeee uuuup!

13:19 foreshadowing :D
The police received a complaint of theft from a neighbor. They were told the perpetrator/neighbor ran into the house they arrived at. They looked in and saw alllll the torn up wires, allll the camping fuel (which is used to cook meth btw) and indeed found the perpetrator of the theft to be hiding inside of the house. Drug addicts also routinely do this in nice neighborhoods. Steal the wire and the copper from unoccupied houses for money.
They knew the perpetrator of the theft was inside, he even admitted to taking the paper- he did not comply with their commands. Therefore, they kick down the door, taze him, and take him into custody and into a hospital because he’s an obviously mentally disturbed individual. This is totally legal.. Chuck had no legal right to take someone else’s paper regardless whether he left 5$ or not. If Chuck had just answered the door like a normal person, talked it out-they wouldn’t have had to kick down his door and taze him.
The police did nothing wrong. I’m a little tired of people thinking allll the police are sooooo bad alllll the time even before they know the whole story. The police are the only people who stand in the way of total anarchy and mob rule.
The police are state-sanctioned gangs who constantly break the law and terrorize people, and they get off scott free because of their corrupt unions and ridiculous hero worship by bootlickers like you.
"The police did nothing wrong" False the police did everything wrong. When he said he had a condition, the first thing they should've done was to ask him to explain what it is (just a formality) and after getting some info next is to say that it's the state's standard procedure to call an ambulance just to make sure he's okay as they are concerned for his safety. Then one partner asks to take a look around the perimeter to make sure (idk make something up), while the other partner keeps the subject talking at the door until the ambulance shows up to asses the situation. That's how you handle mental health calls. You don't break in and tase someone who told you they have a medical condition. But it's fiction so no point taking it too seriously.
