Why no Solar Power on the Free Rooftops! And on the sun roof there is no protection against falling down from the roof! This house is dangerous! I think there are other mistakes when inspection! Or construction defects! Why does the pulic kitchen have no double -sided refrigerator?
Good luck trying to sell this place for that amount when foreigners can’t own land in Thailand so you are going to be very limited to just the one percent of Thais unless a mug comes along.
@@jamesmichael5214I work in the real estate business so I do know what I’m talking about and I can tell you now even in a place like Marbella this wouldn’t sell for that price, I’ve sold homes in their millions and I wouldn’t even put this one in my portfolio no matter what commission i would get paid.
