Hi, I haven’t found any solution to addressing that issue yet. Sony might probably bring out an update, but as of now, it’s not possible for you to get your audio back once something is recorded in S&Q mode
Idk if you'll know the answer to this question, but when I try to transfer videos from my camera to my phone it says it's going to cut all of them to 10 seconds. How can I keep my original videos? I need the whole thing not whatever random 10 seconds it decides I get lol any ideas? Thank you ❤❤
Use SD card reader to save all your videos to your laptop and then send it to your phone. That is the best way to do it and save yourself the stress lol
Hi, I have never used your apps to transfer files from my SD to my smartphone or tablet. I use my SD card readers instead. When you connect your SD reader and go into files, you should see your SD card pop up. You can click on your videos or images and save them to your photos.

Oh no. In that case, get a SD card reader that’s USB-C on one end since your Samsung is USB-C

When I use my camera to record video then go to the SD card to download, there's no media on it.
Are you using an SD card reader connected to you computer, smartphone or tablet? Also, do you click on the DCIM files and then clips?
