Love it when 6th gets full on beast mode. He’s no pushover. The way he commanded the soldiers, the way he yelled at 4th to deploy the soldiers (that was no request, that was a command), the way he kicked open that door and then when he nearly boiled that guy’s face asking about Li Wei 🔥👏🏻 Love it~
Li Wei's character development is truly chef's kiss! She totally acts like a crown young lord's wife rn. Can't wait for the day when she officially gets that title 😍

So when you dig one ditch, you better dig two because the first ditch you dig just may be for you. His Lordship did say he sees some of himself in Jun, but he also sees his other side. Love the relationship between the other brothers and hope writers don't change that.

Me too. The casting is impeccable and the drama incredibly well written. This episode was filled with beautiful moments like her running to him in slow motion in the snow and him wrapping her in his big cape. I was so moved by all the villagers bringing him food and gifts too. Can’t wait to see the rest. 💗

I know - he’s turning out to be kind of sweet and likable and rather creative. I love how his character is developing. It’s funny how he really did have caring feelings for all his wives but didn’t realize that how he cared for them was disrespectful. After he no longer had them he was forced to reflect on himself and grow.

Smart country farm raised wife (knows a lot), too. 😊 I like this storyline full of moral character. 6th yL gave up his new boots made by his wife to be made into shoes for children of Caghe(spelling?) to protect their feet from frostbite. Thank you writer and director for keeping healthy, humanity lines in the making of this drama.

This is the best Series i hv Seen. The Script is well writen, the cast are well chosen, the costume were well chosen. Most of all the acting are Great. I have Completed watching this Story 3 Times. Most of these traditional series are draggy, the prodcer prolong the series n the series becomes boring. N to much sword fighting to draw brutally in the story which at times it, becomes ridiculous. Wei made alot of bad decisions almost cost the life of everyone with her ....however she's a damn good wife always trying to help....when sincere people try to help they may not always do the right thing but still we are moved by their efforts and sincerity....therefore hats of for wei and caring nature 🎉
Why did Lie Wei just waste her fire like that? Those fire sticks were important resources to keep safe. She should have made a fire, not just sat around using up all of the fuel she had. If Yin Zheng didn't find her she'd have been in serious trouble in that cold. Not to mention she was ill prepared for her trip and the possibility of problems occurring. She also shouldn't have run off from the bandit's house like that. She had them incapacitated with the poisoned mushrooms, she should have tied them up and then kept herself warm inside until she could get rescued.
