She came from future where whole of mankind became immortal so it's kind of useless to switch back to that time again.

After sometime, I just skipped all the side plots and just watched all the scenes where there's Qiu Yue and Chun Hua. There are some flaws in the story, but I'm just hooked at the charm of Li Hong Yi and Zhao Lusi.

The two young lead actors ( Li Hongyi and Zhao Lusi) are amazingly talented and versatile in portraying their roles. They were excellent in displaying deep and conflicted emotions ( between good and evil, love and hatred, especially Li Hongyi). Superb acting by supporting cast. There should be a sequel of this drama series where it would focus on values like love, friendship, forgiveness , healing and redemption. Hongyi and Lusi have awesome and powerful chemistry and are perfect for each other. They have deep emotional connection and strong physical and sexual attraction towards each other which was evident and on full display in both drama and BTS. May they work again in future projects. I admire and respect their awesome artistic talents ( acting, singing) and very unique personalities at very young age and hope that they remain humble and down to earth amidst their success now and in the future. I hope they remain committed in upholding their priorities and lead a simple, private and quiet life. May they continue to learn, grow, improve and share their talents ( chosen profession). They should strongly consider portraying more challenging character roles that are socially relevant. Congrats to main lead and supporting actors, producers, directors, scriptwriters, editors, cameramen, make up artists, extras, etc. for a job well done. LBTI is a classic!

After taking another glance at her, Qiu Yue slides his fingers down the top of the page, adding her name “Chun Hua”. He then smiles as he takes another glance at her and it was at this moment that Chun Hua slightly came to, registering his blurry white figure and phoenix hairstick.

He could have known that immortality would be a possibility someday from his level of cultivation and ability to deduct. But I think in that scene, he basically chose her at that moment since he is the autumn moon and she the spring flowers. He obviously loves a challenge and she was that for him.

I feel bad for the ML, yes he suggested to the Villain to lie about the immortality fruit but why are the righteous sect killing each other over it in the first place, doesn’t that make them evil to begin with? The fact that they will kill each other over a fruit is somehow the ML fault cause he isn’t allowed to tempt them? 😂😂😂absurd! I think Chunhus should’ve lived with the white hair and short livespan cause she frustrated me and her actions were annoying

It's really nothing to blame him about either. Each person loves differently ... but love may not be as important to another to give up what is considered to them a Wider Responsibility than the person he/she loves. This is something he will have to live with and come to accept .. that his world does not include True Love, but *Responsibility* First. The ending here was Okay... I think it would have been better if they extended it to what happened as she woke up from her dream? Maybe as she opened her eyes ... stood the future Love of her Life (aka Shangguan Qiu Yue 😊.)

Just went back to episode 1 and realized I completely missed the detail of Shangguan and his hairpin being seen by Chunhua in a blur when she first opened her eyes. Also completely forgot about the VR telling her about the romance between Chunhus and Shangguan. If his name was mentioned to her by the VR, why didn't she realize it was him that she was supposed to be with when she first met him? It was never showed to Miss Leng that her father was killed. There should have been some detail on that. If you;re a Li Hongyi fan and need a good laugh, I highly recommend The Legendary Life Of Queen Lau. He is absolutely fantastic in it and it's a very light and entertaining series, which great acting, comedy, costumes, scenery, and original story line. There are some scenes between the leads that I've gone back and replayed because they're so good.

Nice ending. Just as I wanted it. Kudos to all actors, producers, directors and all in between who made this drama special. Zhao LuSi and Li Hongyi did a great job. Both are my favorite actors. Any chance there can be a second season of this story? 👏👏👏👏😊❤️

In the last scene, wasn't it he who woke her up when he added the last character in the book? Maybe I'm speculating, but I think he knows about immortality, but chose love because of that what he never had in his life. This was so good....make another season
that is what am trying to figure out about what it said in those 2 pages and what words his switch. We needed all the writing translate thorough the show.
We are then shown a flashback, back at Ba Xian House where Chun Hua had woken up. After Pu Er had left the cottage, Qiu Yue had sat at her bedside as he flipped through the Medical Sage’s patient records that had been placed beside her. On the latest page, with the name left blank, the Medical Sage had written “Girl was found at Sang Tian Village, came back to life, has amnesia after waking.”. After taking another glance at her, Qiu Yue slides his fingers down the top of the page, adding her name “Chun Hua”. He then smiles as he takes another glance at her and it was at this moment that Chun Hua slightly came to, registering his blurry white figure and phoenix hairstick.
@@SLSpencer thank you so much for this explanation which i assumed he did add the name Chun Hua because he asked her in an earlier episode about it lol. I needed confirmation after I asked on Yoku page, facebook pages etc. I am so grateful for your explanation. I wish I could read chinese.
He could have known that immortality would be a possibility someday from his level of cultivation and ability to deduct. But I think in that scene, he basically chose her at that moment since he is the autumn moon and she the spring flowers. He obviously loves a challenge and she was that for him.

Its crazy that she just accepted him when he gave up everything for her, she missed him but when she met him all she did was judge him. I feel bad for the ML, yes he suggested to the Villain to lie about the immortality fruit but why are the righteous sect killing each other over it in the first place, doesn’t that make them evil to begin with? The fact that they will kill each other over a fruit is somehow the ML fault cause he isn’t allowed to tempt them? 😂😂😂absurd! I think Chunhus should’ve lived with the white hair and short livespan cause she frustrated me and her actions were annoying

True to Love is what one is really willing to give up for the Love they hold dear. It's now been proven ... what and who is more important to each of these who said they loved Her. It's really nothing to blame him about either. Each person loves differently ... but love may not be as important to another to give up what is considered to them a Wider Responsibility than the person he/she loves. This is something he will have to live with and come to accept .. that his world does not include True Love, but *Responsibility* First.
The ending here was Okay... I think it would have been better if they extended it to what happened as she woke up from her dream? Maybe as she opened her eyes ... stood the future Love of her Life (aka Shangguan Qiu Yue 😊.)

Just went back to episode 1 and realized I completely missed the detail of Shangguan and his hairpin being seen by Chunhua in a blur when she first opened her eyes. Also completely forgot about the VR telling her about the romance between Chunhus and Shangguan. If his name was mentioned to her by the VR, why didn't she realize it was him that she was supposed to be with when she first met him?
It was never showed to Miss Leng that her father was killed. There should have been some detail on that.
If you;re a Li Hongyi fan and need a good laugh, I highly recommend The Legendary Life Of Queen Lau. He is absolutely fantastic in it and it's a very light and entertaining series, which great acting, comedy, costumes, scenery, and original story line. There are some scenes between the leads that I've gone back and replayed because they're so good.
