Are you asking how to respond to comments on the Facebook ads you launch?
@@LYFEMarketingAtlanta yes we are unable to respond to comments directly on our ads/videos/pictures/post. We generally get a lot of business directly from responding personally to the comments, it use to be located next to the like and reply buttons as “message” which allowed our page to send them a direct message however since the update I have not be able to locate this feature, I feel like I’m surely overlooking it.

I’m having hard time figuring it out how to add products, the older version was so much easier, I’m using a laptop while watching your video, but I can’t understand it. Please tell me that I need to use a desktop browser!

Is there a way to delete the profile picture? Or at least make it smaller? We don’t need it and it is blocking important content on the cover photo. Thanks for your video
You can change your profile picture but the circle where the picture would be cannot be removed. We'd recommend editing the cover that allows the content to be seen or adding that information to your bio!
How do you make your followers list available so I can see who is following? Thanks
To find this list use the desktop version, open your Facebook business page, on the left hand side of the page click on "settings" then "people and other page". From there you can filter your list to different options like, who likes this page, who follows this page, etc.

What is the difference between listing and catalogue?
Great question! A listing is a sales post that typically shows off one product, while a catalogue is a shop feature you can set up to showcase many more of the products you sell at once.
Yeah, this isn't what the "new" Facebook pages looks like. There's been another rollout and it's NOTHING like this. If anything, this is the "old" pages view...As I've been using that interface for a while. The NEW look was shifted over on my end yesterday and half of the features are removed. I've love to see a video on that, because so far I cannot find ANYTHING on it!

@@LYFEMarketingAtlanta when? It's been over a month now; the new interface has some important features removed. Also, trying to create a business page, instead creates a personal FB page by default. It's like they scapped creating business pages.
I would also be interested in this. I thought it was just me, being inexperienced, not being able to find what I was sure use to be there!
why doenst my fb business page look like yours? I dont have a MORE button, or a tab to show me templates. And I dont have a MANAGE SHOP tab
