Once back when I was with friends I said out loud "We forgot the cheese Gromit!" and then, in response, someone started reciting these lyrics. That just shows how brilliant this is!
This kind of thing (I forgot the name...) when done well is consistently better than stuff done with generated voices. It's intrinsically sillier (silliness is the highest virtue), and you get extra laughs out of recognising where specific voice clips come from or sheer "how the hell did you even make that word" factor. I'm not an "everything AI always sucks" guy but there's a lot you just can't do with it that comes naturally to ...whatever this is called, again. I can't believe I forgot.
Wallace is a man of many talents: inventor, window cleaner, baker, pest control, jewelry thief, rapper, astronaut, cheese enthusiast! I can't see anyone more fit to run this country as PM.
Rageful Spatula Incorporated Something that really rattles me crackers is when normy's like you underappreciate the complex themes portrayed by Wallace no Gromit no bouken. People seem to disregard it as bring simply for a prepubescent audience devoid of any deeper meaning or messages. But I doubt you plebian could understand the genius of it. This is a god tier anime rivalling eben Open Season Season 3, in which Boog undergoes more development than any other character this side of the bobinogs. I doubt your casual mind Could understand, so allow me to explain. The character dynamic between Wallace and Gromit is truly a sight to behold, and it deconstructs the trope of relationships being merely human on human. This is incredibly progressive and brave of the mangaka, Hayao Miyazaki. This usually wouldn't work as a dog could not understand a human, however through Miyazaki sama's incredible animation skills, he is able to portray all of Gromits emotions to a startling degree. This relationship nods to one of Miyazaki sama's core themes of the narrative, that being the relationship between humanity and nature, and how even though global warming may be destroying the earth, there is yet still hope. This is a hopeful message, which is contrasted in the short "a grand day out" in which Wallace creates a rocket, expending many natural resources, which shows the darker side of humanity and is a warning for the future. Also, Wallace's characterization is truly breathtaking. On the surface, he may seem Rather shallow. An eccentric man with a love of cheese, but beneath that, is a truly broken man. He has been broken down by the weight of addiction to his cheese which hinders every aspect of his life, which Miyazaki has drawn from his own personal life with his unhealthy addiction to loli hentai which has haunted him through the years. This idea is explored more in the live action, "Curse of the Were Rabbit", where Wallace's obsession with vegetables (symbolic of the last supper from judeo-Christian tradition) is only cured with the help of his best friend Gromit which further cements their relationship ( possibly romantic, which, as a beastialist myself, makes me respect the author even more so). The author also tackles mental health in the Christmas special in which a serial killer is trying to kill our main protagonists by setting up a bakery. It is clear that this woman is in great pain and this makes us sympathetic to her, which links to the author's own autism. Miyazaki Also makes a commentary on obesity, as the woman's character design is morbidly obese, and in one shot near the end of the film, her face distorts into that of a pig. Now, pigs are characteristically gluttonous by nature, which shows her in a negative light. Gluttony is also one of the seven deadly sins, further cementing the heavy Christian symbolism and philosophy woven into Miyazaki's work. Miyazaki also displays his philosophy on judgement of character with perhaps his most iconic character, Shaun the sheep. Sheep are often unfairly categorized as stupid, and for Shaun's intellect to transcend even Wallace sama's shows his belief in "never judge a book by its cover". Now, I have spoken long enough. You must now have a good idea of the genius of Wallace and Gromit, the most underrated masterpiece of written times. Hayao Miyazaki will surely go down in history as being the greatest writer this world has ever known, and his magnum opus Wallace and Gromit clearly portrays this. Rare Something that really rattles me crackers is when normy's like you underappreciate the complex themes portrayed by Wallace no Gromit no bouken. DONT LISTEN TO THE NORMY CRITICS, SHEEPLE!
