SNOWSTORM SOLO WINTER CAMP - STORM FORCE WINDS Wild Camping Blencathra Summit Lake District UK

- WHAT A NIGHT!!!
A beautiful winters day turning into complete hardship dealing with unforseen circumstances whilst camping on the summit of Blencathra in the Lake District UK. I would never have believed that at 830m above sea level with a temperature of -5 degrees C it would, in a couple of hours, raise the temperature by at least 10 degrees and thaw out a frozen mountain. All water seemed to run towards and through my tent! Dealing with the problems by being calm and thinking carfully of all angles of risk and acting accordingly kept Blue and I safe.
Enjoy the outdoors and minimise your risks but never stop adventuring!
All love
Al and Blue

Sure after that episode you both need a treat sincerely Jacqueline
After watching you go thru the effort to film while breaking the tent down, I had to like ans sub. Glad I found this channel
Welcome mate to the channel👍👍👍
This went from majestic beauty to a legit nightmare 😳 BRUTAL
Maybe you shouldn't have badmouthed the man upstairs! 😂❤️
Awesome video brother!
I think it was Mother Nature just presenting her power😂
Around 16 mins 'why do people stay at home with carpets etc, when there are mountains and the outdoors to enjoy?'
Around 32 mins 'everything is flooded, what am I gonna do?'
Legendary.
Hahaha. Hilarious contrast, although I wouldn't have coped as well with that turn in conditions!!
Простите, откуда столько воды налилось, ведь снег и мороз?
@@adminsz3259 Rain caused the snow to melt.
Did it hell. One minute theres two foot of snow next minute at daylight its all gone with no sign of rain ...all gone..Obviously he s gone and tried to make the video more dramatic and used two differnt vids...Thats bent in my book @@glenn000
@stuartchester6899 😂😂😂 yes that was it mate 😂😂😂
Wow who would have thought the snow would have changed to flooding, that was intense. Well done for keeping your spirits up and for filming it. Brilliant video.
Yes mate I was bemused by that sudden thaw at that altitude. A good learning experience 👊thanks👍
@@BUSHMANandBLUE Crazy the algorithm works sometimes and it connects folks like us together, I think we share the same appreciation for nature that is! I'm not in a position to support you with money, but you have my support in spirit my friend. Sending good vibes your way so go out and find the gnarliest, oldest, broken down tree you can find and hug it....GET OUT IN IT...and it's a good life! I don't feel like I'm waisting time watching your videos when I need to find something to do for a while, thank you for that, good luck and safe journey! 🐻❄️
Cheers my friend. I’m glad you appreciate what I’m doing 👍
In-tents.
You need better tent Ifeel sad for you and blue is amazing how you handalig impres your calm thank you God bles you
Your experiences mate, remind many of us outdoor adventurers of some of our insane moments like this where the weather can turn on a dime and challenge our skillsets to the max. Like yourself, I too like to venture out when storms are predicted to test my kit and ability to adapt to extreme conditions. I'm nearly 73 and continue on in my backpacking and paddling adventures and hope I can until my last day on earth. Your video's are not only entertaining but your message on safety...knowing your limits, bringing the right kit for the conditions, making one's boots and gloves a super high priority, keeping calm in the eye of the storm, etc is so important and you tell it well. We all need mentors and you shine mate as a good example to follow.
Thanks Dan I’m glad you appreciate the content and the messages within. Definitely keep adventuring my friend as I know, like me, you need it😉👍
As an Australian, whenever I watch camping vids from UK, it's either on some grass paddock in a lovely fairy tale forest almost like a garden, or its winter hellscape.
😂 I think I show the truth that can happen out there. Although my next camp I’m hoping for a calm one😂
You forgot the summer version of the "winter hellscape" where it rains for 8 weeks on the run
@@Hughsie28 well in Oz we are either flooding or on fire
@@andrewc1236 Great.
@Andrew C or being stung / bitten by literally everything
I’ve watched hundreds of wilderness camping videos but that one takes the cake! Madly brutal. Who would ever have guessed a river through the tent?! So glad you and Blue came out victorious and safe. I bet you took a nice nap when you finally got home. 👍❤️
😂 I slept very well that afternoon. Thanks kathryn👍👍👍
@@BUSHMANandBLUE Надо было брать с собой не надувной матрас, а надувную лодку🚣♂️, ужас ужасный - мне под одеялом было холодно.
That was so mad. How you stayed calm with the river running through your tent and the wind whipping the tent like that is amazing. Glad you were OK and thanks for doing this! 😁👍
Thanks mate👍. It was definitely a hard and exciting in one. Mother Nature definitely rules the earth👍
I love Blue’s face when he comes out of the tent in the morning to those horrible conditions! 😂 He’s like, “Seriously??” But what a trooper he is! Give him some love and pats from the US! ❤️❤️
He generally wants to be outside although a couple times he’s thought that😂
@@BUSHMANandBLUE Drink more beers and always take the dog. 😂Cheers mate, nice video 👍👍👍
Where would the world be without the love of a dog? 👍🏻
🥰 I know
Nothing phases Blue. What a companion!
Yes he’s more laid back than me and I’m pretty horizontal 😂
We appreciate what you are going through, while we are warm and safe at home, on our boring warm couches.
Watching from Texas. You're really the only one that does extreme camping videos on UA-cam. I really enjoy this. 💯
😂 I’m sure there are others but I just go out whatever the weather and enjoy the experience. Thanks mate👍
youtube.com/@fjall-anders?si=JV0nz0Mi5ykdnyVd
Keep calm and carry on wild camping. Hands down, the best but bloody scariest vlog I've seen of you and Blue.
Cheers mate👍. It was definitely memorable 😂
Epic! Your ability to stay controlled in those situations is really impressive. Riveting stuff.👏🏼👍All the best Al.
Thanks Al. I always have said to my kids ‘what’s rule number one?‘ and they reply ‘always stay calm!’ 👍👍👍
You are like a true pilot and when things go wrong you handle the problem at hand with a clear mind.
Fantastic! Massive wind, cold and a river of freezing cold water flowing through your crib. That’s what I’m talking about. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us. “Leave No Trace”!!!!!
It's so cute how blue carries his own sleeping kit great good one blue love you loads
I’m not carrying it😂😂😂
That is some dog you’ve got there. Incredible companion. And well done for staying so calm, I think I would’ve lost my shit in that with no sleep.
Yes Blue is the best and most trustworthy companion. He never answers back either😂. Cheers buddy 👊
Man I loved your beer time chat, I think like that every day, I can't stand the way we live it's ridiculous and I love escaping to the woods. If things were different I think I'd work a little for food money and literally live in the woods. Excellent video man you do some seriously awesome adventures 👌👍
I enjoyed the beer time chat too.
Hi Al, a impressive camp that, one you will remember for years to come, I work on the fact that if you go looking for adventure, it will find you, not camped on such strong winds but I always anchor my tent to my rucksack when packing and even setting up, don,t want to see my Soulo disappear into the distance, loved every minute of it, all the best Pat 👍
Thanks mate appreciated 👊. I generally attach my tent to my bag but in this case I had several litres of water to pour out😂. A brilliantly memorable camp!
Wow, that was brutal! Glad you and Blue are safe! It just goes to show how the weather can change quickly on the hills.
Yes that was crazily unexpected 👊
You always look so calm during extreme conditions. I think I'd be swearing for 5 hours straight! I'm glad you both got down safely.
I am always pretty calm in life 😬
I am not sure swearing would help in this case. ahahaha.
You absolute couple of stars! We’ll done for enduring such an event. I had a similar one in wales where my tent flooded and everything was floating. Just couldn’t keep anything dry. You both showed so much bottle. Great watching material. You don’t get anything anywhere near as entertaining on tv . Happy days
Cheers Jimmy👊. Definitely good memories to look back on but not something you want to happen again. 😂
Well done Al for tackling a really arduous situation and keeping a level head.
It just goes to show how the conditions can change so rapidly and unexpectedly.
Strength in adversity and a positive mindset helped you overcome the atrocious predicament that both you and Blue found yourselves in.
Well done.
ATB
Michael.👍
Exactly that mate! Dealing with the unexpected in a calm and safe way definitely decreases the risks. Thanks Michael 👊
You survived a shocking ordeal by keeping calm and using your experience of wild camping. I would never have guessed that could happen. It was scary just watching the video.
It was shocking how that happened. I’ll probably never experience that again. Thanks 👍
@@BUSHMANandBLUE And I hope you truly will not ever experience that again! Once looked like quite enough. Godspeed on your and Blue's camping trips, always.
I must toke in all this beautiful scenery 🫠😂
I mean take in 🤭
If there was ever a camping video that DESERVED a like, this is it. One of the best camping videos I’ve seen. Great scenery, cool dog, crazy location, lots of drama. Would have been nice if he got the sunset before the storm but I guess you can’t have your cake and eat it too.
It definitely was an adventure mate! 😂. Thanks though I’m glad you appreciated it. 👍
But it was a completely bent one with two different videos .One minute at 3 pm he s holding the tent up in a gale with two foot of snow blasting through , next minute at daylight NO SIGN of any extra snow. I know a con when I see one.. I don t trust these UA-camrs constantly trying to grab more view
@stuartchester6899 😂😂😂 not here pal
@@BUSHMANandBLUE you can tell stuart has never camped. pouring rain/snow for 4 hours straight and then nothing like it never happened or vise versa sunshine like no tomarrow then bam snow/rain like it's waitint for noah to show up. he most likely still thinks the moon landing was shot in nevada. it was, the white van parked in the back ground proves it. armatrong, flag, lander, van. lol.
When you said during the week about how hard this one was, my brain was trying to think what on earth could have been tougher than some of your recent extreme experiences. Well, now I know! What a massive turn around in conditions!
Glad you and Blue got back safely, thank you for sharing this with the rest of us.
Well I’m always honest with my statements😂😂😂. It was definitely a hard camp.
WOW!!!!! And Blue's expression is priceless throughout! What a great companion to have on the hills.
Thanks mate. Blue definitely is a character 😂
I've been in a similar rain and wind situation myself recently and minutes feel like hours - and that was without the river and everything else to contend with. Good on you - love your films and thank you for taking the time to make them :)
Yes these experiences definitely make you think better for next time. Thanks mate👊
my god what a night!!! How you managed to keep your spirits up and kept on smiling throughout was amazing. Me and hubby really love your channel and are always excited to see what else you and Blue have been up to. stay safe out there
Thanks Nic. It was rather uncomfortable 🥴😂
Make a wall of snow to protect you from the wind 🌬 😂
Also would love to make an igloo and put a tent inside 😂🤦♀️
That was so freaking intense man - never seen that level of water in a tent before!!! Big eye opener as you said with the solid water turning back to liquid !
It was definitely something that caught me out even though that would be a very rare thing to happen at that altitude. Thanks mate👍
Why put your dog in such danger?? Did the beer company sponsor the video, is that why you continuously had to drink? Not a good role model for kids.
@@TripleG69 grow up, wouldn't call having 2 beers continuously drinking, he's a much better role model than most men in this country by promoting the outdoors
@@TripleG69 - If you get this dramatic behind the screen, I’d hate to see you out in nature exposed to the elements.
@@TripleG69 Quite evident this dog absolutely loves his life! Better than a couple of minutes walk each day and stuck in the house all day bored, Blue has more of a life than most.
Always choose ground carefully when it's dry, taking into consideration water flow in case of rain, but who would think to worry about the whole mountain melting in the middle of the night? Extraordinary.
Always mate but no signs of any previous water flow although this is classed as ‘Hortonian excess overland flow’ where the ground won’t allow any water or more water to infiltrate hence why it runs over the top. A complete surprise that night 😂
Bloody hell, you and Blue deserve a medal for that camp! Glad you are both ok. Thanks for the adventure 🙃
Thank you Sally. It was pretty arduous but the day before was worth it all😊
I’m so impressed with your videos - you keep smiling whatever the weather throws at you!
You have to smile in life at everything 😬. It keeps you sane.
I watch these before going to bed, makes me chilled for some reason. Epic camping action.
Well although a tense situation I guess I’m pretty calm😂
@@BUSHMANandBLUE - I think the cliff could be crumbling below you with you and blue in the tent and you'd still be like "Oh well let's crack another Brewdog and deal with it". 😂
😂yeah just keep calm and make it work!
Expect the unexpected, but blooming heck. Gotta love British weather. Great video, you really captured the intensity of the situation.
😂 yes I don’t think anyone would have expected that. Thanks dude👍
If that wasn't epic then I don't know what is . Deserves to be seen on television . Only thing not included was Noah going past on a boat
Real good thing you didn't panic ,sign of a true outdoors man. Again epic
😂😂😂 I think even Noah would have been out of his depth. Cheers chief 👊
That looked like hard work!! Well done for making good decisions when things started to go wrong ...not easy when you're tired. Epic Sunday evening viewing as always. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Ian. It was actually very much hard work. I was bemused at times😂
Holy shit I did not expect this video to go like this. Talk about harrowing!!! I could feel the stress as you are trying to drain the tent a 2am knowing damn well you didn’t get any real sleep
It’s Christmas Day in West Michigan and just seeing this video 10 months later. I had anxiety and was quite nervous for you and your precious dog. I’m glad you were safe, but seriously I know I could never do it.
Great video Keep pal. Better than TV
Thanks bud. 😂😬👌
You are a mad man tho
Al, Blue thanks for another great adventure film. I so remember being in my tent and watching the water flooding in. I got out and drived in another tent for the night. I always remember the night and know not to camp in that spot. Take care and thanks for sharing your adventure. I don't think I could be that composed. Take care and blue a big cuddle from me. Catch wait for the next one.
Thanks Gav. These experiences definitely give you more knowledge for next time👊
Meu Deus!!! Que adrenalina e o dog calminho 🐕😍🇧🇷
bueno doggy!
Unreal😮😮😮. So much respect for you
It was a little uncomfortable 😂
I don't understand where all the water came from. You have it vented, so it isn't condensation. How did it get in? That's a waterproof floor in a Hilleberg.
After that 2 day camp in the snowstorm you had, the conditions in this video must have been horrendous. I'm going to Dartmoor next week and the weather is looking cold and windy. Hopefully it won't be too bad. I'm looking forward to this video!
It’s a tough old night in the office😂. A very difficult problem to deal with.
proof of what I said in my comment. make sure you are fully prepared for the worst, I have camped the moors many times and it can kill the unprepared enjoy yourself but be careful you should check out the Hen roost mine not to far a walk to the pub either.
I never knew river camping could be so much fun 😀 but keep up the great work, I will be supporting your channel very soon cos I think it's really worth supporting you and Blue.
Thanks Dave it will be greatly appreciated. I don’t think the camping in a river trend will take off😂😂😂
Wow, that was brutal!! One of the best camping videos I've seen yet. Thanks, glad you and Blue are safe!!
Wow thanks mate👊. Although have you only watched 3😂😂😂
Nice one Al - like I said earlier, you're a mentalist; but in a good way. I respect the way you've "broken the mould" of outdoor videos here on UA-cam. I think you're a top bloke and genuine at that - it's been good to get a few camps in together. Look after yourself mate........... this video made me laugh out loud on a few occasions and has also inspired me to try and regain my fitness from days gone by - good stuff pal - ATB, Chris
😂 Cheers Chief! Yes I’ll always create my own mould and not follow like a sheep. Sheep dogs me and Blue😉😂😂😂. Definitely get your fitness back as it always makes your life easier and better. Another camp soon mate👍
@@BUSHMANandBLUE I'm waiting for my Yurt invite wit'lads ! Speak soon pal
I need to finish it first but you’ll be straight there. 👍
Your right about how society has corralled us into the cage we call cities. I left the city and move far into the mountains six years ago. I have a well and solar power so it’s comfortable. I only go to town every two months for supplies. It’s 30 miles one way. But it’s the best choice I have made in my lifetime. Couldn’t be happier.
You are definitely one that understands then😉👍👍👍. That sounds like the dream for me although I’ve always lived in a tiny village in the countryside. Off grid though would be perfection 👊
Hi. LIKE. LIKE. SCENERIES. CAMPING. LANDSCAPE. VIDEO.
At 31:03 the look on Blue's face. Please master can we just go to the park & you throw a ball for me like normal dog owners. Only joking he loves it. This clip really deserves 1 million views at least! 🐶🐶
😂😂😂 to be fair it was a tough night😂😂😂
INSANE ! GLAD YOU AND BLUE GOT DOWNN SAFELY THOUGH. YOUR DOG LOOKS LIKE MY JAK..LOVE THE AUS.SHEPARDS.THX FOR SHARING
It was a bit of an unexpected mad night. He’s actually a border collie but look very similar to the Aus.
With a Hillebeeg you can buy extra pills and double pole for harsher wind conditions like you are in. If I we're expecting 50 MPH winds, It's double pole and make double stakes on my guy lines.
I have the double pole set but the forecast made me leave them. The water is excess overland flow when it can’t infiltrate anymore. It just all ran to my tent.
Aww Here He Is 😂🙌🏻❤️🔥🍺
Love you Blue 💙
I'm going to give this beer a try I was looking at types of flavors sounds great . Is there an American brew you like where I'm at we have tons of brewerys have a great time I really enjoy your camping trips Dave from Colorado
I’ve not had chance to try any American beer. I’ll have to come and tour round😬
Beautiful video 👌 📹 ❤ 💖
now then, time to strap in, this looks like a good one
Dude you demonstrated some outstanding resilience in this one I have been in a very similar situation but I made the decision to bail out, so first class effort for staying put and I think its a lesson to all as far as, even if you are very experienced and capable like you and blue you can easily be caught off guard so be prepared and don't assume anything, 👍
Definitely! Mountain weather doesn’t care for you and needs some respect. It caught me out this night even though it was always pretty safe. Thanks bud 👍
It’s amazing that you can film in these conditions!! I’ve been in similar situations as you but never filming on top of extreme wind rain and cold! At least you know you can make it through any storm! ⛺️💨
Great video - enjoy a beer and a treat on me!
Thank you so much!😊
Oh look at fluffty darling sooooo cute Blue 💙😍🥰🤗
I've come to the conclusion you are truly mental haha absolutely bat sh#t crazy
Hats off for that mate well done that's not for the faint harted
😂 I’m in agreement. I’d never want to be normal😂
Holy crap, happy sailing. New sub here, that was intense. Glad you both hot out of that unscathed ATB Paul 👍
Welcome to my channel Paul👍. Loads of other cool vids to watch 😉
You'd get there a lot quicker if you didn't have to keep walking back for your camera.
😂 I know
Thanks so much. That was most entertaining and I relate to camping in such high winds - it can get scary.
Yes many do get caught out in it👍
wow superb, epic video.. i can't imagine if i was in that situation bro.. greetings from indonesia
Thanks. It was a tough camp👊
Three cheers for the Bushman and Blue. That was really something !! Congrats 👏. You both deserve a "code red" medal for beating the elements on all fronts . Can't say enough about what you did.
I once pitched in 40 mph winds, heavy snow and above tree line (10,700 ft. el.) at 3 AM ! Had to get up and out of the tent to clear away the snow to keep from being completely buried . In the morning there was 5' (60 inches ) of fresh snow. You had it harder!
Wow I love those massive snow dumps. I was snowboarding once and we had a meter of snow in 24 hours followed by a blue sky day so the powder snow was incredible. Sounds like you had a good experience out there mate👍
I've learnt to never underestimate the UK weather. The European mountains have provided me with 'entertaining' weather, but the UK weather has genuinely put me in a perilous situation.. stuff that could have killed me. Your tent saved you Al even though it must've been a miserable/exciting (delete as appropriate 🙂) experience.
Uncomfortable and exciting I’d say😉. It’s good to show others that this shit can happen👍👍👍
That turned into a grim night for sure. Thanks for the video, really enjoyed it. 🙂
It was a tough one but memorable 😉😂
Love your videos and Love Blue
Honestly you two look so cosy in your Cocoon 😂🙌🏻🏕🔥❤️🔥💙🍃🌧🦔
It’s definitely a place that becomes a home 😬🥰
That's was an extreme camp. Great job.
That was epic!! holy s**t (that water) I've had similar happen to me but on a much much lower scale to that never had a river run through my tent. 😅
sat here in my warm hotel room watching whilst drinking a glass of red wine, glued!
cracking video mate, glad all was ok in the end.
what's the distress call for RNLI 😂✌🏼
😂 yes the only ever call to the RNLI on a mountain. Thanks dude. 👍👍👍
OH MY GOD!!!! This was horrific and unsostainable!! I don't know how you did it... Anyway, great amazing video!! And a lot of love to wonderful Blue!!
It was a rough one but I loved it😬
34:50-a bad time for "OL Blue " not to be thirsty!,,,,LOL
😂 but then later the water might turn yellow😂😂😂
The most disasterous campout I've even seen. I can't imagine what that was like. You seem to have taken it in stride. And you filmed this. Very tough. Did Blue get blown away? 'Blue want to go camping next week'? Oh, no, not camping again.
😂 Blue is actually way more stable in wind than a human. It wasn’t exactly comfortable 😂😂😂
Good thing your Thermarest was thick enough to float in that water.
It saved us👍
Blue is so cute snuggled on his blankie
Stunning video Al! Are you sure this is a calm and easy camp? This camp will be in your experience cabinet for sure. It's amazing how quickly temperature changes. The main thing is you got off the mountain safely with Blue. Nothing phases Blue. Thanks for sharing, take care, Jordan.
All aboard...for a night on HMS Thermarest! We'll be afloat on the river Blencathra Melt B@stard most of the night. Your captain is Mother Nature, enjoy your ride! 🤩
😂😂😂 exactly that! Brilliant mate😂
What an absolute crazy experience. Thank you for sharing and capturing it. It certainly looked challenging that’s for sure. 💪
It was definitely a crazy one. I don’t think many would ever be in that situation as it was a freak one off 👍
This video was genius. Deserves a subscribe 👍🏻
Welcome buddy 👊
You and your dog are crazy lad! fantastic video can’t believe the water situation 😳 madness
It was madness and I couldn’t believe my eyes😂. Cheers buddy 👍
Süper sın izliyorum sen 🇹🇷💙💛💙Fenerbahçe
That's terrible ..I'm so sorry...
Good to see you're both safe with your dog❤️🙏🙏
It was a tough one but quite a positively memorable experience 👍
Wow! I usually watch snow camping vids when I'm tucked up in my nice warm bed, it helps me relax, lol...but this vid had me shivering! It looked so, so cold! That must have been brutal. I bet you were tired when you got back.
I loved it! Well done!]
Yes two nights out was tiring. I think I had a nap when I got home😂😂😂
Cool, calm and collected! Brilliant under pressure. GREAT video. Resilient and tenacious. Loved it well done and thanks for sharing and inspiring!
James
I think you have to be otherwise danger kicks in quickly. Thanks mate👊
That dog likes liking his b…
Another great video always looking forward to the next one, things you & blue go through I've seen it all now 💯 👉💪I love the tent you got there. Out of curiosity what made you choose that one rather than a Hilleberg Nallo 2?
It seems in quality and materials there isn’t much in it🤷🏻♂️. But price👍
Another epic night, another incredible story about a fricken river running through your and blues shelter. What doesn't kill ya makes you stronger and now you've experienced that you'll be aware of it next time. You are so brave. Amazing !!
It was a tough night but we survived just with a lack of sleep😂😂😂
And that’s “only” Lake District… can’t imagine how a storm like this will look like on Ben Macdui so far from help. I have the same exact tent so thank you for testing it’s limits I guess?? 😅 I think I read somewhere that you should pitch this tent towards the wind not back to the wind as it was designed to take the winds head first? The flooding tho… absolutely mad! Happy you managed to come back down safely!
The toe end was perfectly into the wind but it was that strong it pressed the end down and flattened the inner bath tub causing the water to flow in. A one off freak night so don’t work you have an awesome tentvthere😉👌👍
Now that was chaotic as hell! Well done, though, really impressive to go through that!
It was a little tough 😂. Great experience as it was completely unexpected 👍
when you camp your mind get's clear. you can read a book which relaxes your mind or set and just think. people wonder what you do when camping. nothing (yes i know there is work involved setting up camp) cooking, getting stuff set up in the tent. but nothing is what is done. i mean no people about, no t.v. no phones to keep your head down not seeing anything, no work stress just surviveing. to be there is it's own place in the world. you, god, nature, the out doors in a tent self contained in a 10 by 6 area (yes i know it may be smaller/larger but i'm just saying a number). someone may stop by, other hiker, you talk, say your hellos may talk for a few minutes then they go on. no peace of the camp just a brief moment of human interaction, a ring in a pond of a stone tossed in the lake. cold yes, alone yes, but what we need from time to time to figure out the world. so nothing is what we need from time to time, but many do not take it because doing nothing they see no point. but us campers have truely got this world by the tail and "nothing" can stop us. live long and prosper.🖖
I have a Vango Banshee 300. It has a 70D 6000mm HH Polyester groundsheet, which is waterproof. I don't know why so many go for footprints.
Great video , well done.
Lol... The old river through the tent thing😂... You're a better man than me... I bailed.❤
Away from the rat race. Omg just a dream for most ppl. I would love to do it if I had the gear and was in better health.
On another note, the views where you were are amazing. Breathtaking.
Omg that was one mad storm. Glad you are both safe.
It was stunning and yes just having those times of true escapism is lovely 👌👍
Got to admit I was laughing all the way through that. Wonderfully silly fun.
