Great video! I really enjoyed the unedited race footage, and it took me back to my own struggle up that beast of a climb that day. Incredible that you could go full gas from start to finish on such a long and hard climb - I had to hold it right back, and was still absolutely on my knees by the time I hit the steep bit and crowds at the end. Good luck for this year's Nationals!
Seen 4 excellent episodes and on that basis I can believe you forgot your skin suit easily. Top tip from my wife…write a list and only tick an item when it’s in the bag and then another tick when the bags in the car…and JTBC - we all forget things -incredible ride !!👍🚴🏽♀️👏👏👏👏👏
@@harrymaccycling for sure but the heavier the food the slower the boy. Calorically dense food=lighter=faster 🥜 You min/max on everything else so why wouldn’t you on nutrition 🤷🏻♂️
