Very good tutorial. But bhai position key frame me itni mehnat kyu krni hai? simple null object pe tracking karo or use Mocha Ae and parent particle and optical layer to it na... kitna easily kaam hojaata hai position key frame krte krte pagal hojayega koi bhi. And I would also recommend you using VC Color Vibrance wo is effect ko aur bhi zada enhance krdega. But a good tutorial keep it up.
you can also copy the position keys of particular on optical flare or use parenting option.

making keyframe once again, u might parent that layer to the particle layer or u can copy the keyframes of the particle layer to the flare layer......(your's so much time consuming )

Why did you used manual approach to track your effect rather than using the OG way (track your hand and add the data to a null object and then parent it with your effect.)?
