@@cbazxy2697 until you don't harm anyone and you are in a right track as per the Law then you are not bad but this guy is a really a very good person because he has taken health insurance and Term Insurance of a huge coverage for the family which clearly shows how much he cares about his family.. It is very difficult to find a person like him who thinks so much about family and he never gave up in his life even though he had a hard time in the initial phase of his career.
What a sweet guy. His savings rate is impressive, nearly 60%. More power to him.

From 10 lakhs, this guy reached 30 lakhs in one jump during covid times, that is the reason why companies are layoff people who have very high salary.
You should also ask/specify which courses they did and from where they did as it would immensely help alot of people including me!

@Anshuman can you share some experience of people who live in posh areas of bangalore like Bsavangudi, Indira Nagar, Jayanagar, UB city, HSR Layout etc and hows their finanace structure? And how is their way towards life and finance different from people who have shifted to Bangalore for jobs and lives in PGs or rented rooms?

@@techihandle Those are middle class people who rent in those areas. Those who own and live in their properties are rich people. Good luck trying to buy an apartment in HSR layout below 1.5cr.

Feedback - The audio not loud enough. While rendering/editing the video, use normalizer + gain + limiter to increase the audio level without adding distortion. 👍
An EV is not at all environment friendly. It doesn’t become a green investment until you drive an EV for at least 100,0000 kms.
Plus the added pollution from dumping batteries. People shud be pushing for hydrogen vehicles so that the tech becomes more affordable with more funding into developing it.

This guy bought too many insurance. Just term insurance of 2 cr + medical insurance of 10 lakhs + super top up of another 50 to 60 lakhs, is enough.

SAP was giving him 10 LPA, Salesforce is giving him 30 LPA.

I feel like insurance is wrongly calculated, as only the 5k for monthly parent's insurance is taken, but he has taken many more policies for himself.
Everything else was an annual payout which he takes care with his bonus

It's just matter of demand and supply. Salesforce has resource scarcity and clients are really big.
Ev's are not eco friendly Anshuman. Ev's are not practical at all in India with lack of charging stations meaning restricted range. Also the range is 1 per km only when you use their charger for which they charge lakhs extra while buying. If you use your normal socket you get the commercial rate upto 12 rupees per km. Many Indians also use their cars upto 10 years or more which means that the maintainance cost of ev is significantly more than the petrol car. Even if Kishore changes his car in 5 to 6 years he will have spent more on the ev than the petrol car.
This guy doesn't know about 1cr health insurance and he is giving financial advice to others... wow!!

30 LPA is CTC (cost to company). It includes base pay+ bonuses + other facilities. The base pay is lower and taxation is also there

This particular guest deals with big numbers. 30 interviews. 30 lakh package. 16 credit cards. 46 stock portfolio. 1cr health insurance. 4cr term insurance. 18k rent for an area where he lives is a bit high. The approach to his house doesn't look very attractive to pay that rent. You'll get better and cheaper places in Bangalore.
He obviously has an abundance mentality which is better than a scarcity mentality. But he needs to balance that attitude with some common sense. He can read a bit more and gather thoughts which will help him rather than taking advices from any Tom, Dick and Harry.

Gather your knowledge first, on Petrol Cars minimum GST is 28%+1%Cess not 12-18%.
Gst on private cars starts from 28%. For premium cars it can go upto 50% including cess 7:52

Switch whenever possible if you get a good offers don't let good offers go .
