Context: Song is about Moses saving the slaves from the Egyptian pharaoh. The fact the song is called 'Creeping Death' has people overlook the lyrics.

I was a metal vocalist and rhythm guitarist for 20yrs and people who don't think musicians are athletes are wrong. You better be in shape. Thanks for the reaction. Hope things get better for you. Many blessings 🙌

This was performed not long after the fall of the Berlin Wall. There’s 1.6 Million people there. This is an iconic moment, not only in music history but, world history.

      \m/ to that.
When I went back to Uni as an older student back in 2001, one of the guys I met in class ended up giving up as he decided to become a muso instead of an animator. He said, OMG man, you guys were spoiled, there is no one these days like this. As I say to anyone, dude, you can carry on the torch be yourself and play what your heart lets out!

Thanks for reacting to this! I’ve been waiting for you to! You’re seeing true raw talent that’s the Metallica I love!! Definitely in their prime! You should start doing their 1989 Seattle show every song is kickass! One of the best concerts ever! Imo… and the energy is so intense through the whole show!!!!

And now there is the absolute climax of live performances: Seattle 1989 live, any song off of this is off the chain. Battery being the most intense song in this concert

But... any of the first 5 are cool with me... I love all rock, heavy metal and even harder...but when it comes to Metallica it's over all the rest... FAN4LIFE🤘🏽😎... I'm definitely following your journey 🫡

And I thought I'd leave you with something a bit different, if interested. "George Benson - This Masquerade" (by the channel: Mendesbloqueado) --George Benson was an American jazz fusion guitarist, singer/songwriter. He began his professional career at age 19 as a jazz guitarist. He was a child prodigy, at the age of eight he played in an unlicensed nightclub; and at age nine he started to record, and out of the four records he recorded two of them got released. He has released a total of thirty-six studio albums throughout his career. And as always, I enjoyed rocking with you, Stax. Thanks for sharing. peace out~

Pantera has a documentary called "Pantera's Vulgar Videos Volume 3." Part of it documents their time in Russia. Pantera used the "Domination" video in the documentary. That would be a fun reaction.

@@StaxReacts Ayo.. Theres a band out now called Creeping Death. Ive seen them live. Something you should check out. Highly recommended. Not sure how much Metal youve gone into but let me tell you when you tap into the more underground side of it its literally a huge iceberg of tunes. Theres some fuck shit along the way to filter through as far as the message but most of my favorites come with a real message in the music. Check out an album by a band called Dystopia. The album is called Human Garbage. Peace.

And now you know why some of older folk have neck and back problems. This is what we grew up on. Back then obviously the tickets were much more affordable, you could possibly see 5 shows in a week's worth of time. It was a great time to be alive. 🤘

This is a classic concert obviously. Never gets old. I love that you're on a Live Metallica kick. The day before you did Disposable Heroes, I was thinking you LOVE DIsposable Heroes Live in Mexico City 2009. Hopefully, even though you've heard the song, you'll still check out this live. It's another classic Metallica performance and the sound is amazing. Hope you'll consider. Keep on rockin, Stax!

That was a super big deal back then because of the fall of the iron curtain and all these major acts played Russia for the first time ever. I was in high school back then and saw the black album tour twice. The first was just Metallica, no opening act, and two encores and later that year the stadium tour with them and GNR with Faith No More as the opener and the pit for Metallica was nuts. Really good times for this old headbanger.

Consider the Times, this is just after the fall of the Soviet Union. The end of the Cold War, Just a few years before this just getting caught listing to music from the West; could result in a visit from the Secret Police in the middle of the night, and Metallica likely would get you a trip to the Gulags. Heavy Metal was a no no. This concert was a very big deal. A moment for the history books. The Psychic Energy must have been off the chart like nothing before or since.
