- Jeep unveiled their 2024 Easter Jeep Safari concept vehicles last week, and myself and @TrailRecon were there to put them to the test. Afterwards, they handed us the keys to the new 24 Gladiator Mojave, and set us free on Wipeout Hill and some whoops! I can't believe what they let us do with these vehicles!

Best Jeep commercial they (n)ever made…🤩😎
now if only Jeep designers / engineers took advice from the people like Shawn, and other wheelers.. Right
I think that’s one of the reasons they do this, is to get thoughts from people like me. I had the opportunity to spend time with the designers and engineers and give my feedback.
Err ah, I think you are watching the commercial. What a great time for these guys.
Love the video especially with the bonus of hanging with Brad from TrailRecon.
My 2 year old gets all his Jeep toys and gets ready to watch you and Brad. He comes to me all the time, watch Jeep!? Wish I could post pics.
You are so lucky to have driven all of those! Love all the retro touches they are bringing back.
It was a really cool opportunity.
Awesome video as always Shaun. The Story Till Now and Trail Recon are two of the great off roading channels on UA-cam.
Someone in the design department is an old motor head, no radio, the 392 is your sound, you sir are a genius!!!
Great combo Brad and Shaun
I'm not really a modern Jeep kinda guy, but I've got to admit these retro options look fantastic and comfortable. More proof that modern vehicles can successfully rock the classic looks.
The Staff Car looks AWESOME, though the dash could've used a slightly less modern design. It sticks out like a sore thumb compared to everything else.
... I can't afford *any* of them, but still!
+1 this....they made the electronics take centre stage instead of the rugged style of the Jeep. Big mistake...and a stock Jeep over $50K is an abomination...I'm on my last one until they come back down to earth.
Great video and awesome to see three of my favorite off roader's wheeling together, Brad, Nena and Shaun!
(6:35) nice to see Shaun and Brad in one video.
Always a blast hanging out with Brad. We’re going on a big trip together later this year!
Echo that: More, please!
Looking forward to seeing that Shawn
I get sent a questionnaire 3 or 4 times a year from Jeep for my opinions on various topics. Last one I got I mentioned they need to build one like The Story Tell Now on UA-cam. Maybe they listen and invited you, I don’t know. Good to see you and Trail Recon in Moab. Only missing Paul and The Ginger!
Nice, this video is gonna be a banger, and it isn't even out yet.
👋💯👍What an awesome opportunity given to test drive these BEAUTIES and the new colors SWEET❣️👍👍👍👍
This is the best collab! Great video dude!
Shawn, so awesome to see you got invited to drive the new Jeeps, and Brad is 1 of my favorite channels to watch
Great video! That’s so cool you got invited down there to do this. We had a blast at our first EJS and first time in Moab. Saw you guys at the metalcloak trailer on Thursday.
It was the giggles in the Mojave for me 😅
Pretty crazy they let you do this! What an opportunity
It really was something special for me. I had a great time.
The Wrangler and Gladiator are the only Jeeps I would ever actually consider buying. That Grand Wagoneer is just... would be interesting to see one go full send off a cliff, with no one in it just to be clear.
What an experience! Not even a jeep guy and I want a couple of those. So awesome.
I like all of 'em. The red CJ5 update... I love it! Looks like a blast. thank you for taking me along.
My first car was a 1978 CJ-5 with a soft top…in New England. No one wanted a ride in the winter, but in the summer the doors were always off and if we had dry weather for a while the top was off too. It handled so much better with the top off.
Well done sir.
Thank you, sir!
Nice to see you guys back really enjoy you guys driving through the more wooded areas and swamp land but this is just as cool
I want the little red one in OD Green with the 392 an 42's !! Thanks for The Ride !! ❤👍
Nice! Lovely combo of Jeeps
Super cool opportunity
It would be great if Jeep could make a concept Wrangler that would have reliability and durability.
You guys seemed underwhelmed about the old school, vintage look of these rigs. That was by far my favorite part! Looked like a fun time and definitely a treat!
Not at all, I loved it! Especially the embossed hood. Would love to see that brought back.
Cool to see you having fun in the sand whoops. Your personality is Canadian gold. 👏🍁🤙
Thank you!
That stock gladiator is the coolest thing I've seen. Thanks!
Yes with the clear hood!
That Air suspension is way cool too!
I want one so bad
I wish that fender makes it to jeep performance parts catalog. They have teased it for a few years now (i bet it was on last year's sideburn gladiator too). Low down was my fav among this year's concepts - I am a sucker for low CG jeeps.
These are very cool new jeeps
I do love my Mojave I've owned almost as many jeeps as Brad lol and this is one of my favorites
The Hot Wheel ... Aka. Lowdown ... Is my favourite as well. Just cuz of those fenders, I dig that. Clear hood on yours?! Yup! I also dig some of the interiors, the Vacatioeer was quite funky... Going to have to go see Brad's point of view after.
Shawn grabbing an o sheisty handle....you know it's something in Vacationeer!!!
"this can't be legal" haha
Great video. My two favorite off road storytellers (Shaun and Brad)
Glad you enjoyed it
Oh man nice video ❤❤ that jeep with 42” is a beast and the wagoner looks badass
Awesome!
Clear hood for the win!
It’s crazy being able to see the motor from the driver seat.
Heck yeah brother. 😄👊. Great video
Thanks 👍
It would look even better with a Gen 5 Whipple on top of that 392 with some good pistons in it. 😁They need a hydraulic lift system on that 392 42" Rubicon. I swear I heard the tires rubbing on incredibly minor things.
I was at their display. I asked real nice and they said no I wasn't allowed to drive any of the vehicles. My only disappointment is they always have cool concepts, but almost nothing goes into production.
Kool fact about dinosaurs(love me a "Dino" lol) But, The word dinosaur was not created tell the mid to late 1800s, prior to that, such animals were referred to as, Dragon's. True story. Very cool vid 😅 that concept is awesome seen a few vids about it now. Hope to see it on the trail one day.
If they make the Turquoise Willys in 2 door with a 392....I'm in!
The gladiator looks like fall guy truck, needs the emblem on the hood
I may be a Toyota guy, but damn that was awesome. Thanks for sharing!
does the olive one have a blackout switch?
Nice…
I like the little red one, Eck usmc
wow interesting experience
TrailRecon!!!
Когда два блогера вместе это хорошо! 👍👍👍👍👍
Hopefully more people actually get on board with the Mojave now. Had mine 3 years now and this is exactly why I picked it
It was quite impressive. I don’t have these types of terrain near where I live, but if I did, I’d be all about the Mojave.
@@TheStoryTillNow I'm up in northern Alberta. We've got some sand dunes to play in and alot of our trails are whoops through sand and mud, the Mojave performs really good for it. And I like going fast offroad lol. I would like to do some more challenging trails and some real crawling down in BC. Hopefully this summer I'll be in your area and can check out some of the wicked trails youve done
I would buy a jeep if theses came out
Shawn, did you get to give the Jeep people a chance to drive your truck to show them what us Jeep Gladiator guys really want to see in a production Gladiator?
The small one kinda looks like a modern Suzuki samari
40 inch KO3 nice
Tuesday video? New schedule? Cool rigs!!! 🙂
EJS kicked my butt so I’m a bit behind.
I have a “Jeep concept”. Lets focus on a powertrain that is reliable. Lets get rid of plastic oil filter housings that crack with paper thin gaskets that leak. Lets also work on quality control and stop out sourcing key parts from all over the world like the valve train. I sure hope they fixed that sand casting issue too that clogs radiators and heater cores. Yes, I owned 3 Jeeps, 2 JK’s and a CJ7. So I am very familiar with the junk they have been turning out for the past 15 years. Sold everything and bought a Tacoma. Jeep turned me into a Die hard Toyota fan.
I wish my wife's 2020 Tacoma never had any issues!
Some wonderful Jeeps here. Surprised they put lights into the front fenders though. Better not to.
Are all this like the rubicons with the sway bars and lockers? Does one have to have lockers to off road and is posi traction the same as lockers? Thanks
The Mojave does not have a front locker or disconnecting swaybars like the Rubicon. It has different suspension and there are some differences in the frame as well. Posi traction is not the same as lockers. Posi traction is a limited slip differential. The Rubicon and Mojave are built for two different types of terrain.
@@StlrNtn95 so what's the difference between posi and limited slip? 🤔
@@dakotahensen5759 If you jump on the Google machine, there basically the same thing. Posi Traction was a phrase coined by GM when they developed their limited slip.
@@StlrNtn95 well thank you.
@@dakotahensen5759 No problem but I am no expert! Ha!
I wanna go back :D
Me too
The clear hood is weird without a big old blower or something filling the space.
Well, the Corvette ZR1 came with one and no one waffled over buying em.
where is the tracked jeep?
Awesome video
Soooooo.... What are Shawn's next upgrades to the Trail Destroyer
I want a clear hood haha
I need me a mojave soooooooo bad 😭😭
My favorite one looked to be your least favorite, you were just talking about the other ones while you drove the dispatcher, lol. To each their own as they say, they were all cool though.
It'd be great if you did an episode to call people to action to protect our access to these amazing areas. Trail closures continue to threaten our public access and organizations like Blue Ribbon Coalition or other public land alliances need help getting the word out.
LOVE Jeep! Really REALLY don't like the big screen in the dash of the 2024 Wrangler/Gladiator. In the Grand Wagoneer, it is fine because most won't see much dirt in the real world. The big screen seems to be too much of a distraction. Just my opinion.
Sell my left ball for the little JL7
More bells and whistles the more problems... make mine SIMPLE
To the Jeep concepts. I would've started with the original wagoneer with a current suspension then making the new grand wagoneer as the same rock climbing lift with the works. Come on guys at jeep it isn't your money. Spoil us plz
Mojave > Rubicon
Please allow automatic translation on videos for Arabic and other languages to enjoy your beautiful content Thank you
I'm old. Just not a fan of E anything, period.
Amen to that!
Jeep the worst car i ever owned .just got rid of mine in the uk and gone over to Landrover much more capable and much more Superior luxury inside leave the Jeep brand Standing. The jeep even looks a very poor second placed vehicle
