Yes I opened 1H and rebid 3C. Got to 6C. Had no play on the singleton spade lead. I consider myself unlucky, although if I convert it to 6N, will west still lead the stiff spade? As it happens on this EW layout, north is gin for 6C or 6NT.
I did rebid 3C, robot raised to 4C (still showing only 6+ points) so I continued to 5C, upset about missing out on 3NT. Robot then cuebid 5D, I cooperated with 5S and robot signed off in 6C... and the defense finds the killing spade lead for a very harsh 0%.
Hi Pete, just had the following hand ,7 hearts 6 clubs, my partner had 7 diamonds and 6 spades, I went down 2 on 4 hearts .

same auction, same result. Got the punishing spade lead
Ouch - bad luck.
3C, 4C, 5C, 5D, and so I went straight to 6NT on my own (not sure if that was the right thing to do, though). Got the DJ lead.
Nice auction - well done.
Board 4 could have cleared clubs and try to throw someone with only a doubleton diamond and 3 spades in to give you a discard
Yes but that assumes the opponents with 3-3 can't untangle the spades which I think is worse odds.
IMHO with this texture it is a 2NT opener. KJT9X is much more powerful than KJ432.
Board 6. I hate that partner bid 1S before game forcing with 2C. Why not reverse and show that shape?
I don't mind 1S, they don't really want to play clubs unless partner can bid clubs themselves which I can - just didn't
