- An important aspect during a spiritual awakening is being able to set conscious intentions for ourselves and for the world that we want to experience. So today I'm going to be sharing a powerful method to use for setting intentions.

This is my new food
I used to suffer anxiety while driving so I started saying “It is my intent that I am safe, loved, guided and protected in and out of this vehicle at all times. It is my intent that I am always in the right place at the right time and everything is always working out for my greatest and highest good. And so it is.” I’ve been saying that for years when I start the car. When I drive and people are in the car with me, they say it as well. I know that if anything does happen, then it’s for my greatest and highest good and with that I can “let go and let god” so to speak. It’s been and continues to be wonderful.

last night, I was at this bonfire with my friends, the energy from all these people was feeling a little overwhelming so I knew I needed to walk away and meditate/ground/calm mysel/get in touch with the now.... so I wandered away, I was sitting against a tree, and I felt so insanely aware and in touch with the truth of reality and life etc. and everything I felt and looked at was energy like even putting my hands together forming a ball I could feel the energy in between. and I knew in this moment since I was feeling so in touch with the now, energy, divine, Mother Nature, that it was a perfect time to cast some spells aka set intentions. so I did, I stated how I was gonna go back to my friends around the bonfire and feels loads of love and magic and that I would have a relaxing drive home with my friend and have good deep conversations, and then have a nice good sleep. and all of it came true! I went back to the fire and strikes up deep connection moments with the other people around, and I left with my friend and him and I had relaxing good convos on the way back home, and I had a splendid sleep.
I have noticed in my journey when I am in out in nature and or feeling my highest vibration, feeling love, flow, and light.. in these times when I set intentions, they always insanely accurately ring true....
truly a magical world we live in, where we cn tap into certain frequencies and vibrations, and send these vibes out, words r spells.. we have so much infinite power... so grateful :)
After voicing the intention I usually end it with words "let it be not the way I entended, but the way it's actually better for me!"
Sometimes the more difficult experience turns out to be better in the long run. Careful what you wish for.

Im fairly new to this . I’ve just recently learned about intentions. Past few years I’ve separated myself from society. Im finding out why now. Your videos have helped me tremendously and I thank you.
This has helped understand intentions better but I was hoping for more examples of how to phrase the intention. Like specific to areas of life like relationships, health and career.
Another way of thinking about saying things out loud, about the things you want to manifest/set intentions on is this:
Think of the toroidal field. How does it flow?
Whether the inspiration for the thought(s) you want to increase came from outside of the field, or from the depths of your heart to travel up to your processor (brain) to be considered with conscious awareness, you still want to increase and magnify this positive thought/intention.
What's the best way to do this using your toroidal field? Take a moment a chant OM and listen deeply to what happens, and feel what happens in your body.

After experimenting... would you say there's a reason Aboriginals in Aussie land use didgeridoos? Your throat chakra is like an amplifier of etheric expansion. This is why the Sacred Geometry interpretation of Genesis puts emphasis on "the word".

In regards to "optimal" as a universal collective, I learned that "efficiency" is the correct affirmation when dealing with self. Just like every teacher wants the best student, every student wants the best teacher. Therefore the student would want to be efficient and the teacher be as optimal. Physics shows us efficiency can never exceed a greater output than what's optimal... We'll succumb to madness and the universe will never throw more to us than One can handle.
Ah, that’s where there is the divergence. The universe can, does, and will always bestow more than one can handle and does it frequently.

@@Name_Lessness more on kundalini would be most optimal. Also, some of Sarah’s own practices and habits that she feels are most optimal and have helped her the most in her journey.

Speaking... The intentions, match the Nikola Tesla 3, 6, 9 method. All good. Einstein said, "Match the vibrations or frequencies of the reality you wish to manifest, & you manifest the reality. Nothing spiritual, simply physics." I like your explanation.
Another excellent how-to. A great book on this is The Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer. Although your explanation of intentions is even better in my opinion.
Sometimes I get "stuck" on a specific perspective on an idea or teaching. Your perspectives on the same ideas have helped me get "unstuck" on a number of occasions. Thanks for the time and effort, saying it's appreciated is an understatement. I found this to be a really fine and unique perspective for applying the "I AM..." discourse.
"May all being be on the most optimal timeline." Is a nice way of wording it, I use "for the highest good for all", I don't know what the highest timeline for me or any other being is, so I just use the phrase "highest good for all" and let the universe fill in what that looks like. To me these phrases have the same meaning. Thank you for you!

I can't wait to see you this Sunday, I have this burning question about why we are supposed to raise the Earth's collective awareness/vibration, on one hand we come here to experience the pain and suffering for the lessons we need, but then why do we want to change that and make everything about peace and love, we already have that in other dimensions so what would be the point of incarnating? What about souls who come after us and want this Earth challenge?
