This is exactly my view on intention! Especially the part where you mentioned backing up magickal efforts with the mundane. I feel like a lot of people forget to do that and then are stumped as to why a spell doesn't work. Lots of good reminders in this video, thank you!
Absolutely agree! Many seem to think of magick as an 'easy fix' with which they can forego any actual work. But alas it doesn't work 😅

Setting intentions is more harder than I thought.
I always struggle with manifesting
My thoughts always start to wander
Concentrating on an intention is so difficult, everyday stuff always gets in the way
Got my first Tarot deck
Will try to use it for self reflection
Omg! I completely feel this on a deep level. I can't keep focus to save my life. Even with guided meditation. I was told that when meditating "thoughts are going to come and go. The point is to acknowledge them and let them go. Meditation is not a way to clear your mind as that isnt possible. Its a way to become self aware, reacquainted with your body, a way to look at things from an external perspective, etc." Completely paraphrased but yeah. Knowing that clearing your mind is a myth helped me some. I still struggle, but now i dont feel as frustrated with myself. Hopefully, their words can help you a bit too. Good luck.

It was great to see you and your sweet little potato. After completing your online workshop, "In your Element," re-focusing on setting intentions was my intention :0. I highly recommend that others sign up for your workshops. They are a safe environment to explore the craft, make/meet like-minded friends (hopefully life-long), and are well-paced with your guidance. I look forward to attending a retreat in 2023 or 2024. Best.
Can I just say you have been looking so youthful you are truly gorgeous and thank you for making this video! One of my biggest mistakes early in my craft has been me lacking specific intention and getting distraught when nothing I did seemed to work.

As for intention setting, it is a step that gets lost in the details. For me, it is mixed with the energy I use to charge the spellwork. It is like extra charge in the battery. :-)

Thank you for sharing this and i need to ask this question as it has occured a lot lately and unsure why.
My mother has been trying her very best to attract prosperity so she can give to me and my brother. She will put all her energy to attract prosperity and wait for the universe to respond and it seems we are becoming targets for spiteful people.
We try our best in prayer and hope to receive what is requested and trouble seems to be around the corner. Could there be toxicity of haters making it difficult for us or is it of our doing with constant worry and fear?
My spells always work but I only do them if I know it’s needed and they’re usually emotionally charged
All my planets are in the house they rule though including Scorpio so maybe that’s why. People usually say I’m intense

I love your scientific view of things! I'm very fond of witchcraft, but I just couldn't shake my skepticism. I felt the same way about Christianity... I grew up very Christian and always wanted to believe, but never could 🤷♀ but seeing witchcraft as "self-therapy" and self-care is so relieved! (I hope that this was correctly interpreted Best.)
You know how letting outside energies to take over everything. My day started babysitting a Dog for a friend that had to go for a Funert. As of this morning I have been involved in a physical fight over a dog off leash. I beat dude's ass and looking forward to round 2 .
