In this episode of #AskStefan, Stefan answers the question "How do you find out what you want in life?"
In order to find out what you want in life, you need to ask yourself new questions and not limit yourself with fear or doubt with what comes up. Setting goals is based on what your ultimate vision is for each area of your life and you need to first determine what your long-term vision is before setting specific goals for yourself.
Once you're clear on what you want in life and you know why you want it, you'll immediately feel a sense of motivation and urgency towards making it happen in your life.

I am 17 and this year is the hardest year ever in my whole life, beside Coronavirus next 9 month i am going to have exam for university and i couldn't convince my self that what i want from my life why should i study. your video has a opend a door for me thank you.
wow great video thank you. sometimes hard to make decisions when there is no profits right now and it can be mentally exhausting . I know it is important to be resilient but as an emotional being it's really tough sometimes

good vid Stefan! Yeah i am now 22 years old And this vid make me again thinking about life And what i want... In the past I have made so many wrong choices and always listened to my mother and never made choices what I wanted. And Yeah now i live at home, i have almost no money, i have no graduate from school. And i am lost. because i don't want to do a bad job... And i now what i want also freedom, travel around the world, making new friends around the world And feel that rush in your body that you live how you it want And not how the society it want. but Yeah.. i am also thinking to go back to school And do a school direction what me really excited. but i have to pay everything because my parents they pay nothing for me then.
