    I'm searching for a way to be more peaceful within myself and outward to others...the gentleness of the man's voice and soft wind along with some birds singing has helped me this morning as I try and recover from years of being a servant of my ego..thank you.

    Thank you for posting this. I have the book Happiness by Thich Nhat Hanh that explains the Ten Mindful Movements but I was at a loss without a visual aid. So I am most grateful for you, it is most helpful to my practice.

    Very helpfull! The sequence is different in the two versions. Nr. 5, 6 and 7 are in different orders. Why?

    Thank for posting this. It's amazing how simple exercise can be so effective (at least for me it is). Now I have a question why some repetitions have different lengths. For example leg circling is way longer than the last movement.
