My mum routine since she was 16: cleanse and moisturise. That’s it. No fancy products, just ones that work for her skin. She’s almost 60 but certainly doesn’t look it. Oh, and her tip: moisturise your entire body every day, not just your face!
I use that NU SKIN device too. It works great and takes away all the dirt and crud away from my face. It also massages your face at the same time. But every minute it kinda clicks and that means to move on to your other cheek and then your forehead when it clicks again. Hope this helps. LOVE YOU!!!🥰
Back in the 1940’s slapping all over your face was a skin care thing. My mom said her grandma would do it regularly. Fast forward 20 years and her grandma had more bags and wrinkles than anyone. Because of that my mom was very gentle with her face.
its not literally slapping super hard its like moderate tapping all over the face, even pinching squeezing cheeks is good coz it gets blood going in your face and it helps, its usually just for like a natural blush that I've seen people do this but never JUST THAT

For the Nu skin product you should use the device in circular motions, and can just apply the cleanser on the device, no need to wash separately. hope this helped !!☺️
Cerave cleaner and moisturizer and end it with a tretinoin cream and your face will look like glass after a few months of use and your skin will be flawless. Tretinoin is prescription only. Trust me this is the only stuff you need for skincare use. As far as makeup goes, less is more. Putting layers upon layers is so bad for your skin and skincare is pointless to use if you wear makeup every day. Thank me later.

The face scrubber is on a timer. Split your face into 4 sections. When It stops and buzzes 3 times, move to a new section. It's a 2 minute treatment total. That's why it turns off on its own
I use the Nu Skin Lumispa as well, tell your mom to use the moisturizer and serum from Nu Skin as well so that she will have the best routine! I'm a mom of two as well. Nu skin have complete products.

I use a shower cap when I’m at my dads because I have one there, and I use it to make sure if I’m doing a face mask I don’t want my hair going inside and making me itchy and to make sure that the face cleansers don’t get into my hair and make it feel dry, it works on all my longer hairs tho, not so much on my short ones

My mum sleeps in her makeup and removes it every morning by wiping her face with a makeup wipe then puts more on straight away (with no skin prep). I think the most skincare she ever does is a bit of simple moisturiser.
Nu Skin has some really great skincare products! My mom works there and whenever we buy products from there, my skin feels so nice after I apply the products (specifically the toner and Enhancer). A product I recommend is the Enhancer. Its really great for dry skin and it makes my skin feel so moisturized💁♀️👏 Edit: The deviced that Wendy used is called a Lumispa, my mom uses it and it is so good!

it has oil in it that separates from the water so it removes waterproof mascara better
I've used both Lancome and Garnier along with many others, and nothing compares to Lancome. It's absolutely the best makeup remover ever.
My grandma used Lancôme my whole life I guess she was on to something, makes me miss those days when she still did her makes up
