Yeah but Vergil isn't from a fighter game. I would love to see an easter egg voice line when this viego skin meets the samira skin in game, and the voice line on both ends is just a different voice saying "Fight!" instead of them talking to each other

Samira's is barely even a legendary.
It has half the VO of a modern legendary and reused animations.
It's a partial legendary with a bunch of recycled tech from past legendaries stacked on top to fill out the budget. They put in 80% effort because 20% of the profit goes to charity.
Love the JOJO reference. 100% worth and better than the samira legendary just because of that

PBE CHANGES
Thank you everyone one more time for the love you're showing Soul Fighter Viego! We have made the following changes based on your PBE Feedback;
Viego's walk/run animation was intended to be thematic and show off his character, however when his movement speed was increased that animation came across differently than intended. So in this case we made adjustments to this animation in order for it to feel less disjointed. Please note that this is outside of the changes we can make in a typical PBE cycle, but circumstances at the time allowed us to make this adjustment.
Another point of feedback was Viego's E. So we've made these changes;
The mist has a brighter outline now to make it more visible.
Viego himself has had his outline brightened while in the mist to make him more visible to his controlling player.
Additionally we've made some SFX changes as well;
The volume of the music played during his Dance has been increased
E - New Music Variation added (from 2 to 3) to keep it from feeling too repetitive.
R - Updated the Hit sound to feel less blunt, but also increasing the high frequency slice sound to help with gameplay clarity.
R - Execute sound is more impactful & now has a short guitar riff, along with Crowd cheering that lingers.
Passive - Made the Takeover, Warning, and Exit feel fuller, and added Isolde's Whisper sounds onto the Exit.

You're telling me they actually went out of they're way to make changes that are normally out of scope for a PBE cycle, but flat-out ignored all the negative feedback on Samira's skin despite having an extra week to make changes?

it's a sweep attack commonly used in fighting games
Lower kick sweep attack, a pretty common move in fighting game that is uses by almost everybody since its usually a fast hitting move with short parry frames, perfect to exploit enemy opening

The fact that the 250 token chroma doesn't even change the colors of the spell, therefor makes you haveing a blue sword but with red effects is making me lose hope in this company tbh

Visually this skin looks great, but honestly kind of dislike how the voice lines take away from his original character, viego has a pretty sad backstory and the original voice lines reflect that, here he's a little bit too video game-y for me
