i love her, but those were hardly impressions. Also, how can that be Mariah's signature when she only did it on Vision of Love?
Actually Mariah's signature runs riffs are quite different haha. She usually use 3-note riffs and runs strongly inspired by the pentatonic scale 🤭
Personally I think the Vision of Love ending riff is more like Christina Aguilera's signature 🤣🤣

@@musicguy713 chill dude that riff is very common among soul, RnB and Gospel singers because the main purpose of it is to bring the attention to the singer, so it's not that Christina stole it from anyone. Mariah and Christina are inspired by a lot of soul singers, and Christina is inspired by Mariah, so you can see the similarities, but it's not stealing or anything.

All thanks to Oprah, Barbara, SJR among others who paved the way for women to have their own TV shows and run them their way.

I literally know the singers you're referring to
Yes they can whistle, yes they are good
But Mariah handles Whistles better than all of them musically
Not whether who can reach the highest note in a whistle or the lowest
But how well it is executed in music
This is why Mariah is the Queen
Pop came before time of Michael Jackson and Madonna
But how well they executed pop in their music made them the King and Queen of Pop respectively
