First Time After Following Your Steps, The Game Launced Perfectly, After I'm Finished With Night Race Mission It Crashed And Wont Open Again

It's not the mission. If it were the mission causing the game to crash, you'd be able to run the game properly then again crash when finishing the same mission. What you need to do is to turn off your antivirus or least add an exclusion folder. If the files are already quarantined or modified by your antivirus, you must remove them and go over the steps in this video once more. But this time make sure you absolutely add an exclusion folder. The archive is completely safe but some antiviruses may automatically block script-based batch files.

The tutorial works perfectly fine with the PC Game Pass version of the game. Such games are installed in a folder labeled "WindowsApps" in File Explorer. You can find this folder by going on your Windows (C:) drive and selecting Program Files. The WindowsApps folder should be located there but it will be hidden from view by default - you'll have to enable hidden items to view it.
