So many bonfires - how has Ohio not kicked you guys out already? I've lived in both OH and FL, and I can say that your style of reckless fun is much better suited to the Sunshine State.
Um... Don't want to be that guy but.... Opera is owned by a Chinese consortium and is therefore beholden to Chinese data laws. They are required by Chinese law to hand over any and all data upon request to the Chinese government without notifying anyone. Oui et non... dans cette situation pour rester en vol sustenté il faut utiliser l'incidence des pales (couteaux). Sur un helicoptere normal l'incidence des pales est à zero dans la meme situation.
@mekateknik3717 i know, im quite familiar with aircraft and how they fly, im a pilot myself. The helicopter with knives as blades made it off the ground, so, it flew. It was unexpected and that is what we learned. Especially for such a small and cheap model.
he means no affiliation with the company that makes the helicopter. He has an amazon affiliate link which lets him earn commissions on purchases through his links, regardless of the product.
@@sethdolin4207When you say “no affiliation” that tends to mean “I have no financial incentive to sell you this product”, which very much isn’t the case here and is dishonest. He does have affiliation, just with the middleman instead of the company making them, which isn’t a distinction that matters to the consumer.
Dude, seriously, some of the most fun I've had in RC was with little $20 cheapo helicopters from Fry's Electronics...they were actually SURPRISINGLY good, but me being me, gotta tinker!! Removed the fly bar weights, removed weight from the body and landing gear, started looking into different motors and gears, all kinds of stuff! There's actually quite a bit you can do with them...TONS of fun!!!
flash from the past. my dad was the vice pres of sales and marketing for the company that held the patent for the aerial saw and treetopper for a while
When I saw you were going to lift that burning road flare with the three helicopters, my first thought was, '' great idea, what could possibly go wrong''. The fact that you made it work I think is amazing and you did get some awesome footage. Sooo,... Mission accomplished, I guess.
Since I'm not going to read 500 other comments I will risk being repetitive. How about trying plastic take-out knives or Exacto knives with plastic handles or old fashion razor blades affixed to the ends of the helicopter blades? Only the circumference of the rotor needs to be sharp like a lawn mower blade.
So many of us are tired of Amazon's dishonest listings and disinterest in customer concerns... yet not enough of us have the integrity to stand up to them. Nothing will get better unless and until people take a stand.
You should make a massive rc Ac-130 with an airsoft gun built in the side with firework launchers and whatever crazy ideas you can get it to shoot would love to see what amazing thing you could come up with.
The RC Era Helos are pretty good for beginners. Even the "expensive" option you show, the C189 otherwise known as the MD500 its based off is less than $200. Parts are cheap and they literally have every single screw available for purchase, and can be sourced straight from their website. They take a little time to get, since they come from China. I also have the Bell 206 you showed in the video. I had a crash with it that caused the ESC to fail. They sent me a new ESC and main rotor motor plus a small discount coupon for my troubles under warranty. I really have nothing but good things to say about them.
Peter.. Add some speed holes on the tail edge of the blades and tape over them. You could have pretty easily solved the mass issue. It would be worse at cutting due to losing mass but at least it would have a chance to be controllable haha Putting cyclic on a death beyblade was a mental idea. And test flying within a few feet is nuts! Be safe!
That last one is going to give Me nightmares. I got a single propeller cut once, from a plastic propeller, at a low throttle that just grazed me. I got three cuts from that one incident. This monster terrifies me. Great video though.
Check out opera today! opr.as/Opera-browser-petersripol
Mental body? Nice :D
The C128 Sentry helicopter is fun for 80 bucks.

An RC heli with knife blades? You, sir, have created and beat all of William Osmans military nightmares
that thing looks terrifying!
its his school project
Didn’t expect to see you here, but it makes complete sense. Next up from Talbot : flying notorious with sawblade wheels
Hey I know this rc man right here 🔥 ❤
WHAT HAPPENED!?

14:52 no, we learned that you dont absolutely have to have aerodynamic blades on a helicopter for it to still fly! That i would never have expected!

RC helicopters from my childhood were designed to head directly into ceiling fans, light fixtures, fireplaces, and Christmas trees.

A "Bell" curve.. I see what you did there Peter.
Peter invents the Slaughtercopter. Thanks for the laughs!

Mercenaries?? Didn't expect to see that old gem in PeterSripol video.
Pro tip: Add slow-mo to the fire/heli shots to make the fire and helicopters look more realistic(because the scale matches better).
Keep joking only joking after all you are a joke
Best part was y'all giggling for the entire bon fire scene when y'all were airborne. You guys were having genuine fun.

The MD-500 is awesome. Great video, as always.

Pete Skeeball: "there's an affiliate link in the description..... send more helicopters."
I love how that fire scene made them look like evil little dragonflies, scheming destruction. Ah, the helicopters were cool too.
Nice MD-500
5:04 LoL "No affiliation... But there's Amazon affiliate links below" 😂 nice one
IT SLICES! IT DICES! IT JULLIENES! Now you too can slice sushi in mid-air faster than you can say "Popiell!'
watching the helicopters zip around the fire creating visible wake turbulence was unexpectedly epic.
10:50 that's what the other side of calipers is for btw. You stick those in small holes to get a precise measurement of the hole diameter

Did you just unintentionally invent a ground effect helicopter? We want more ground effect helicopter videos!

Make an ROV that propels itself with 6 helicopters on its sides
