    Nothing I've ever heard ever made any real sense except for what you said. Thank you. It makes complete sense. The best tip is having control over what you think and who is in control. That is the key. The beach scene is also a good tool to divert your thoughts to overcome. Excellent tip.

    I recently had a slight heart attack and I have COPD. I was told to quit smoking slowly but I have a hard time controlling my bad habits.

    I don't have any other person to confide in mostly spiritual and therapy I have one child that I pray for I'm 55 and I been smoking on and off for 40yrs
