They are GORGEOUS. That metallic pearl white was a great idea. That really set those flowers to the next level. You have a great eye for things like this. Wow
I love them, I am using your idea but I have decided to add just a smidge of gold dust on the ends of the flowers. I absolutely love this clever idea, I am an artist both professionally and at heart but doing the bas relief from start to finish is rather time consuming. I have seen several done using the artificial flowers before but have never seen them turn out so well. I am so glad you shared this, thank you; yours are so pretty!
Thank you so much for your honest exploration and playing around and for not pretending that you are some kind of master. The best things about art is playing/messing/experimenting. Lovely flowers.
I AM a 🥀 Lover too. I’m starting into texture art, which definitely includes project pieces like you’ve created. I enjoyed watching. I, sometimes find taking pictures of different layouts prior to me starting helps too. There’s so many possibilities 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
I think these are absolutely gorgeous!!! I plan on making this !!!! I have a beautiful frame I plan on using !!! 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you for sharing THIS !!!!! 🌹

Great job I will definitely try this but u could try painting the stems with ordinary white glue and when it dry u paint it with the plaster I does that with a lot of my projects and it works
They are just gorgeous and elegant. With this you can revamp any flower. Great idea with the eyeshadow it did amp them up. What was your ratio of paint to eyeshadow and how many batches did you make?👍❣🤗😎
Hey Karen, I just eyeballed the shadow to get a shimmer. And I only used one batch of paint... On the plaster I used several batches because it hardens faster then I thought it would
First time watching your channel Sharon, I like it! Question: When the plaster dries is flexible or stiff? I will do this for sure. Thank you so much. Your teaching is awesome. Greetings from Switzerland.
Me K-Lee and Molly Brown love love loved it,and you can bleedat. The pearly ones,oh yeah We thank you From Austin Texas and me K-Lee and Molly Brown 👍🐕🤠
I have been wanting to do this for a while. Im going to experiment with pva glue in the water mix and plaster of paris to see if they would be less fragile. I've never heard of anyone using glue to "fortify" plaster have you?
That would be a really good idea. Sample one first so you dont loose your dads flowers. I lost my dad in Feb too so I may take tour suggestions as well. I've been dry them to keep them
They are beautiful, but did you need to put the plaster of paris on them, wouldn't PVA glue have had the same stiffening effect and then just paint them ?
OMG...you've done a beautiful job I just love them. I will definitely try this.
Thank you Nadine! I hope you have fun creating and adding your touch😁😁😊

I will be stiff like plaster on a wall, but you can still break it. be careful
Me K-Lee and Molly Brown love love loved it,and you can bleedat.

I have not but I would love to hear how it turns out

They are beautiful, but did you need to put the plaster of paris on them, wouldn't PVA glue have had the same stiffening effect and then just paint them ?
So those flowers can be sticking with hotglue
Would you be able to do black ?? Or 2 colors ?
yes you certainly can paint them any color. I would say with black to add a grey highlight
Good
Не очень понимаю перевод.Скажите из чего состоит смесь,в которую опускают цветы и листья?🙋🌷🌷🌷
Wouldn’t they plaster fall off
Nope they are still holding up well. They can break if not handled with care. they are currently hanging on the wall
I liked them better before they were painted.
Поталь бы не помешала .
