I have been doing asanas from past 6.5 months. On the first day, my flexibility in asanas wasn't good. Over these months, my flexibility has improved and can stay in asanas for 1.5 -2 minutes. I feel good. 😁
@@loveparmar1284 better flexibility in asanas than before. Still have to improve my flexibility. No headaches . I am able to hold asanas for longer periods. Better mood. I don't say I don't get negative thoughts or emotions but it's intensity is slightly less than bfore. Feeling active.
Namaste Anna, @4:08 you mentioned a sequence of Yoga Asana practice. Can you help me understand the specific sequence followed by Isha Hatha Yoga? I know other prominent Yoga schools in India who teach a very different sequence for Yoga asanas. Do any of the ancient Yoga scriptures highlight the importance of Sequencing Yoga Asanas?
Namaste Anna, @3:05 You said that 84 may be too much for the scope of this video and thus we have shortened it to 21 Yoga Asanas. Question: In Isha Hatha Yoga TTC, do they teach all 84 Asanas?
Namaste Anna, @15:05 you said, "The starting age can be 14 years and above". What makes it specifically 14 years of age? What about kids under 14 years? In today's times, we see Kids Yoga as a popular style offered by many private Yoga schools. Is that not to be done?
Why only 21 yogasanas are taught in Isha hatha yoga teacher's training instead of 84 ??? I think a teacher should be well educated with all 84 ones.... Plz reply. I can be wrong too..
Namaste Anna, @2:35 you said, "Asana siddhi is achieved when you can be in an Asana, comfortable and stable for 2.5hours." Now, help me understand the following: I have heard people claim different time periods for Asana Siddhi. Some claim 3hours. Some claim 121 minutes. Etc. Is there any ancient Yogic scripture which you are aware of which mentions the time period for Asana Siddhi? Also, another question: I assume Shavasana is one of the 84 Asanas. Many people are able to be in the absolute restful state of Shavasana for well over 2.5 hours. Does this mean they have achieved Asana Siddhi?
One should be able to maintain awareness throughout. If you get into a asana and start sleeping or thinking all the nonsense, of what use is this. If you maintain awareness like being meditative in the asana, as time passes you will start feeling many things. Please don't ask what are those things😁. You should experiment
Namaste Anna, @11:10 you said "another meaning of Hatha is Adamant, and this Adamance is required". I have heard that Hatha is a combination of two Bija Mantras, Ha and Tha. Is that not correct? So, where does Adamance come into picture?
Namaste Anna, @1:35 you said, "in the Yogic lore, 84 big bangs have happened and 84 Universes were created". Can you please help me understand what do you mean by "Yogic lore"? Is it any scriptural statement or is it hearsay of people?
Generally 21 asanas are taught, few more advanced asanas are taught later. I had attended yogasanas class in 2019,when I was having IBS. Medication was not working and then few weeks of regular practice really helped me. However I didn't attend it for the purpose of curing IBS, I got cured of most of my digestive issues.Really yogasanas work miraculously.🙏

Doing just 21 takes about 90 minutes
Should i stay more than 3 minutes in each asana? When do you start counting the time, after you reach the full posture or when you begin the posture?
