After trying it out for the third time, I'm starting to truly believe that it is one of the easiest way to cook shad. Also, trying out different sauces is so much fun. Thank you once again my brother for your constant support. 👍🙏🎣JU Hammah⚒
It's a little dry, not juicy. Since I have to fry at high temp, 350 for 30' then 300 for another 30', it's burned and dried. However, the fish did not have any smell. That's good. I probably won't add salt but
@@tomhuynh5532 Thank you for the feedback. Yes, I agree. No salt is better. It is dry like fish chips, so it is best to have dipping sauce. Also, I will try it at 300 degrees for an hour the next time and see if it will be less crisp. I just don’t want to deal with the small bones. Thanks again. 👍🙏🎣JU Hammah⚒
