Yella is not a rapper so what was he going to say in response to No Vaseline? Yella was around for a lot but at the same time has no idea what’s going on in a lot of situations. A lot of throwing his hands up like hey “I don’t know”.🤷🏾‍♂️ I’m kinda cool on his interviews. The funny thing about the Eazy and Dre beef is when Eazy was talking about Dre wearing those dresses, lipstick, lace, mascara and biker shorts is that Yella was with Dre doing the SAME THING. Yella rode with E through all of that and it’s low key hilarious.

For some reason he dosnt want to open up. I think deep down his mad at dre. He said enough things on records to Express that him being loyal to eazy was a choice.

I feel that what people are missing is that Yella is more honest than Dr Dre... even though you say he was wearing the same stuff as Dr Dre it just seems you're either missing the point with your false equivalency or you might be a Dr Dre fangirl...
There's a reason why Eazy E went hard on Dr Dre..., Dre was just a guy who took other people's music and sampled it and he even copied other people's styles and got credit for it like he took the G Funk sound Above the Law created from funkadelic and 70s and early 80s black funk music...
The main problem with Dr Dre is that he flip flopped his speaking/rapping style and clearly appears as a copy cat, biter and fake musician... he was in his group before N.W.A. and then in N.W.A. he acted a certain way and then the N.W.A. EP and second album Dr Dre is rapping about serial killing hookers and pulling out guns then when he left Eazy E not only did he try to assassinate Eazy-E's essence as a public figure but he tried to convince everyone that Eazy was a sell-out to massa and a traitor to his friends when in reality it was Dr Dre who lured Eazy-E into a trap situation (where ironically Eazy-E kept stating that Dr Dre was under someone else's influence cause he had a hard time believing Dre had a money beef with him)
Further Dr Dre's the Chronic image was all about claiming to be a gun toting gangster or even gang banger... come on yo he was wielding military assault rifles in his music videos and basically acting like he would shoot anyone tryna challenge him to the point that Snoop did the same thing and both posed with guns on the cover of major American music magazines... the definition of what Eazy-E said was a "studio gangster"
It sure didn't help that as a music video, "Dre Day" was very convincing looking even though it was based on lies with Dre basically lying to the public music fans buyers because he really felt Eazy had intentionally ripped him off which is a different topic because at the root of it is that Eazy-E used his money earnings (if he never did, Dr Dre would never have had a rap career and if he tried to you wouldn't recognize him at all) and went to Jerry Heller who either fortunately or unfortunately got in there first when it came to contracts and legal stuff and could be to blame for the contract problems... but... would you believe it that the movie Krush Groove was about record labels either trying to support artists or trying to rip them off?
Speaking of movies it didn't help that Chris Rock made his CB4 movie where he sort of indirectly portrayed Eazy-E as a fake tough and studio gangster... meanwhile Eazy's reply music wasn't as widely played despite clean radio versions and same for music video... back then it was seen as if Dr Dre was more real than Eazy and the latter had less credibility to talk... nevermind that Dre's music was widely played like as if it was almost mainstream music back when hip hop rap music videos were only still available in certain time slots in certain TV channels and radio stations and stores and only if you had it in your area.
Basically that's the story and history of record labels back then and as complicated as the Eazy-E and N.W.A. situation was it never would have happened if Eazy pulled out and refused to use his earnings (from allegedly selling weed in the early to mid 80s)
It's true Ice Cube pulled out and saw something and apparently never tried to negotiate or sound the alarm but he immediately felt like Eazy ripped him off...
Yet both Eazy and Dr Dre lived in homes next door to each other in Calabasas C.A. suburbs (where the Kardashians would later be filmed and highlight the neighborhood of the wealthy) and it may have been a matter of time had Ice Cube stayed where he would have gotten some money or something but the main issue is the contracts came from Heller...
Anyway Eazy-E was straight correct when describing Dr Dre's hypocrisy and false image... it seems like you still buy it...
People act fake and do shady things but I bet you won't find anything about Eazy-E trying to put Dr Dre's or Snoop's life in danger between 1991 to 1995.
Further still as far as Yella... he has a relaxed mentality... maybe that's cause he was doing porn videos and casting actresses and shooting scenes as he himself described so from his perspective where he wasn't some braggy rapper or wannabe rapper (he could have done all that) he had a lot of fun being in the pornographic film industry of the early to mid 1990s...
Again his attention would've been protected from any dissing Dr Dre was doing or if Eazy was firing back or whatever cause he's directing pornos... think about it as it's almost like owning your own stripper business back then so he would not be bothered but so many confused fans and beef fanboys who cannot grasp that are just desperate for him to "open up" and say stuff that he really wasn't affected by.
In an ideal world Eazy-E would have renegotiated contracts since 1988 or overseen them or tried to take some community College business management classes... but Eric Wright's education is limited so he really would have needed a Suge Knight level of management instead of Jerry Heller... however back then no music labels were fully black owned unless maybe a handful... and they weren't doing hip hop rap and much less colorful language and using the N-word in the name of the group... no way... even MC Eiht came from Comptons Most Wanted as a name for his group...
And it wasn't even like it was Eazy idea or something cause Ice cube loved doing dirty versions of songs so he mastered using swearing in rap first...

I do always ask myself how the people viewed Eazy E after 1991. He got dissed heavy by cube on no Vaseline, Then Tim Dog came with “fuck Compton” then Dre released “Fuck Wit Dre Day” and it went number 8 on the top 100 billboard charts. Also Snoop dissing him on doggystyle calling him “Eazy Dick” how did the public view Eazy E at that point because he was getting dissed left and right

You have to take a look a who’s doing the dissing. Were those artists you named billboard sellers? Sure, but they got exposed as studio gangsters & Tim Dog got tore up in NorCal for that track. Casual hip hop fans may have thought less of Eazy, but real ones knew what was up.

Wait a second wtf was “Real Niggaz” Yella 🤣?! That’s a whole song about Ice Cube right there! Y’all ain’t just had rap lines on a few songs about Cube! Y’all wrote a whole song about Cube and he wrote a whole song about y’all back 😂! I don’t think Ren would give up right then and there, he was ready to go another round 💯! Maybe Dre and Yella was over it? But Eazy I doubt it then Dre and Snoop attacked Eazy. Before Eazy passed away he was still hurt about those beefs. The Beef I DVD one of the guys confirmed that even though Cube and him squashed whatever. I can imagine Eazy not being over that shit Cube really messed him up with him calling him all types of shit
