@@baertheblader9402 I'm also Soul all day, and it feels like going forward but a little diagonal to your obstacle I really don't do mizous, they feel really awkward (btw I find Pstars easier than mizous) Also I'm more frontside type tricks than backside
It's all in the knees. Eventually, your knees get strong enough to hold any position, but at first it's hard. Mizous were hard for me too, but that's because I was "opening" too much and going sideways. You don't want to go sideways. Put your weight on that front soul foot, and look forward. Bend that back knee to keep your frame trailing behind. Keep those bent knees kinda close together, because knees close together gives you a stronger stance when you are new..... That works for many grinds. Mizou, soul, acid, Pornstar. It's much easier to hold your balance when you lock your knees together, and eventually your legs gain the strength.
Really cool to see you tare up my old stomping grounds there in springs. I adored that skatepark, even though it was far from my house, and now I guess there is even nicer parks built since I lived there that would have been very close to my house, but its nice to see it's still in decent shape and yeah, skateboarders have always acted like it's theirs and only theirs even though bladers and BMX come there and give that park the business. Nice review, considering the aeons getting back into blading, this was a good review of those aftermarket plates.
Some serious skill to throw tricks like that on a new (thicker) soul plate. I just got back into skating and went with Them 909s because the soul plate is replaceable. It's good to know that solid aftermarket parts are out there for the Aeons now.

Im am right foot soul, but incredibly my switch fronts are way natural that my “regular” ... I’m getting my switch soul good now. Guess I have to improve more on my regular frontside (left foot in front). Love your videos man!! Keep it up

Trust the process, it takes time but if you stay with it and invest your time and energy to skating, you will be skilled and agile in your own way. Plus you'll still have your Kidneys lol
Mistrials or souls on ledges. I like to fake into souls. Royals on quarter pipes or bowls. On good days I love to fish brain bowls. I’m old now tho lol. No more jump on rocket for me. I used to love doing those where you kick your topside foot behind you and sit on your foot. I don’t like when people ease into it mostly. But usually they are GOOD skaters and I have no room to talk 😂
What's your thoughts on the impact to topsouls with these plates on? My fear is you're reducing the space on the frames and that it would make it more difficult to lock topsoul tricks.
I usually start out with Makios. However, I think I’m going to start transitioning to souls. Once you lock a good soul you know you’re going to have a good session. Thanks for the review, I’ve been thinking about getting a pair for when I wear out my souls.
Totally agree. I think itd be better to put them on in the beginning. I lined the souls up with my black shell thats more worn down and it looked a little off. On my Eislers they looked way cleaner because the shell want worn down. Up to you though 🤙
does anyone remember when there where no sole plates and you could still do soul grinds? rocces street or any other skate, when soul plates where considerd cheating that being said i am 38 and started skating in the chris edwards days..yea iam a mad beef and hoax 2 a video groove 4 guy..lets not forget dare to air witch really got me into skating at 11

All hardware comes with the plates. The bolts are the perfect length, no issue of poking!
They come ready for install with the proper length bolts and receivers. Nothing poking through after 5 sessions in em.
