For recover, adding commandos with an HQ uplink is pretty much broken. Deploy next to the box, pop HQ uplink plus Yoda's 1-pip. Move and grab the box with the commandos, then move them back twice with Yoda. At that point you can just castle up and force them to come to you.
Thanks for videos like these, they’re tremendously helpful! Not sure I fully understand the “trick” with the hostage deployment/movement to gain the extra .5 inch. But I’m watching this series multiple times.
It's just to push your opponents unit further from the deployment zone. But it's not something you have to be concerned about overly to be honest. But I'm glad these are helping! Im hoping to get more of these up soon as possible
The only thing you can't guidance are free card actions. So you can guidance a move and trigger relentless, steady or charge because they aren't free card actions. You can't guidance a search in a supply box, Cody's observe 2, or guidance anakin to force push because they are free card actions.
