I hit 87 mph on the track yesterday it was so cool
Wow that's awesome! Congrats so close to 100MPH!
Yess sir
@@valentemartinez943 What kind of track were you on and what type of GPS do you use?
@@ultrarchobbies it was on an a 1/8 mile track and i used a skyrc speedometer
What motor and esc bro
So cool. Now I really wish I lived closer as I would so build a drag racer. Ru Paul looks sweet with the Hoosiers and the vette, but being an old school guy the nova body is cooler... haha. Just my opinion. The fox body mustang looks pretty cool too though. Can't wait to see some running footage! Sweet episode boys.
Thanks for tuning into the episode Kevin! We can’t wait to see all the cars that are being built finished up and painted! There are about 5 or 6 more builds as we speak being completed. The nova body was my first choice but knew there would be many people that would also want it so thought heck let’s be different and went with the vette!
Hi
Hey Valente, how are you doing tonight?
@@ultrarchobbies good
Are you gonna sell a kit for the Traxxas slash lcg chassis that does everything except electronics
Hey Ray, we have put together a kit that includes motor and esc and the car as a roller but we haven't yet figured out a roller without electronics
What is cost of the rtr. Will it be cheaper than the one hitting this month
@@dustinmccollister3547 A full rtr with battery and charger and custom painted body will be in the $800.00 range Canadian. But the new DR10 from Team Associated that was released a couple weeks back is a smoking deal at $375.99 USD with a 2s lipo battery and charger. I have attached a link to the Amain hobbies website which is in the US - www.amainhobbies.com/team-associated-dr10-rtr-brushless-drag-race-car-combo-asc70025c/p1169335
@@ultrarchobbies yes it dont release for us till February 18th lol
@@dustinmccollister3547 Yeah that's better then us sadly here in Canada. We are expecting them around 1st or 2nd week of March.
I have a bandit (bought vxl extra) any list of parts I need.
The parts you will need are the following - TRA5830- lcg chassis for a slash, TRA3936 - 4x10 screws, TRA5624 (optional) - receiver box for slash, TRA1654 x2 - 12mm wheel hexes, PRO6070-00 Proline adjustable body mounts, Proline Racing Pomona wheels front/ rear or Jconcepts Startec wheels, Proline Hoosier tires front and rear (belted Reaction HP also available for larger then a 2s battery) Jconcepts Hotties front and rear. Add your body and you are ready to race
Thanks guys!!! Ordered up everything to get me started
Dustin Hysell you are very welcome, hope you enjoy your new build!
@Lockdown spinning we have been using the standard axle shafts from a bandit and 1654 or 1654x hexes from Traxxas front and rear
@Lockdown spinning you are very welcome! Check out our Instagram page, we just posted a sweet 55 belair bandit build!
What would you recommend for a rj speed 24in. For esc and motor?
I am wanting to start this in my town terre haute Indiana. Any advise. And we dont have alot of hobby shops in our town
Hey Dustin, best advice we can offer you is, get a car built and as your building it try and get your buddies or people interested in the hobby viewing the build or people watching you have fun with your car once it is completed. Work on getting a couple cars built for other people and the interest will sky rocket from there. Once it gets big don't forget to have FUN, this hobby is all about having fun with like minded people and often once people get into racing they forget to have fun!
Do you like my body on my body aaaaeaeaea
