I believe that it also varies from the legend you’re using. When you’re Horizon, you want those nades instead of a stack of cells or extra ammo. But when you’re lifeline, you don’t want the medys.
Im always carrying extra meds as Lifeline. Got that mum role! Dont f*ck off and do stupid shit, and you will have essentially the silk road running alongside you with shields and meds.

@@Electrxde If you're in end zone in a high ranked lobby you're going to be losing your shield incredibly fast. You're going to need those 12 cells to save your bats for close range fights.
@@NolanBalmer-fp6td the odds of you getting off a 10 second heal in a chaotic end game are slim to none, phoenix kits should only be used for the purpose of taking damage while farming damage for Evo in a poke fight. you're getting shot but you're far enough away from the enemy where if you get low you have enough time to phoenix without issue and you can afford to take damage
Just a note: I think this loadout is more applicable to people who play for high kill wins and play aggressively. In ranked or less aggressive play, I think you should have more ammo to poke at enemies from range. You could also carry less big heals, because they won't be very needed in a long range engagement typically. Also, if you are fuse, carry at least 8 nades or 4 slots.
On this video this particular backpack loadout is for rat, camping on the edge of the map, ending game with 12 dmg from his CAR SMG. Not in a single game you need 12 cells to carry. Better staxk that ammo and batteries, cuz when you get 3rd parties, you dont have time to pop cells

i play agressive and i carry 2 stacks of ammo per gun, usually a flatline/volt/car and a shotgun, the rest are 8 cells, 2 medkits, at least 2 bats and all the nades in the game, loot my enemy and change guns if ammo type is different and i don't have any

Although syringes are almost never to be used in a fight, they are most valuable when taking zone damage; however if you typically rotate early it shouldn’t be a problem. Another issue could come from not finishing a fight you started, you would have used up maybe the one medkit you had and are left with no flesh heals afterwards. I usually find, that swapping out one slot of cells for syringes is useful, especially if you only have one medkit. No matter the case, it’s definitely worth fully committing a fight than wasting heals by just poking at teams
I used to play like that, but now since I changed to this inventory management, I have had a lot better luck in games. With the Evo changes, I don't feel the need to poke as much. I usually run 5 stacks of the same type though, volt-triple, Prowler-30, Car-Scout, ect
for meds just go 4 cells, 4 syringes, 2 kits and up to 10 bats. cells and syringes are good for poking so you should carry some, but they're easy to fill up, med kits are rarely used in fights but needed if you get knocked or are escaping zone, and bats are just always needed. phoenix kit is optional if you have a good bag
To beat the buster sword with a gun you should play Bang and be carrying 7 stacks of energy for the devotion, and 7 stacks of light for the spitfire. Only do tact reloads and have others carry extra heals for you.

The ammo capacity varies: White: 5 stacks of ammo (3 for main gun 2 for secondary) Blue: 6 stacks Purp and gold: 7 stacks cause ammo goes fast (4 stacks for main and 3 for secondary You can also carry extra heals with a gold backpack so I usually tend to carry 12 bats and 3 medkits. All that extra space you using for the cells can be used for grenades and ult accelerates. Sorry not sorry but you’re cluttering your inventory with the setup you’re using
well cells are more useful during fights when you have white shield or blue shield , close to end game bats become more reliable due to purp and red , you get what im saying ? edit: i see what you saying with blue backpack since its not rare your in a situation endgame with a blue backpack , but id say more grenades over shields is better (endgame ) but having more cells is better for the first circles
With a purple backpack I always run: 6-8 batts 2 med 4 cells 4 syringe 3 stacks secondary ammo and the rest primary ammo. That many batts is plenty for an entire endgame and most often it’s easy to restock off enemies for your meds/shields… but ammo is not always plentiful! Yesterday even we took out two teams back to back and only one box had light ammo, and an entire team was in shambles so they had like 60 or less heavy ammo each… to me you should be able to withstand a whole battle plus a whole third party without being able to loot between as that is a pretty commonly scenario to be in.
I still remember back in season 0 when you could carry an unreal amount of ammo and grenades so every fight both teams would throw like 12 frags and arc stars 😂

Batteries are obviously the best but syringes are mad underrated. The problem with med kits is that they take about the same time as 4 syringes but you can be sure that you'll never get the full 100 health, because otherwise you'd be dead. Syringes also mean that if you get cut off early, you won't lose as much healing.
Medkits take the same amount of time as 2 syringes? a second less actually as a medkit is 5 seconds and a syringe is 3. No idea at all where you got 4 syringes from
Inventory management is much more complicated now, with Assault Legends being able to stack more ammo per slot(along with Rampart with the right upgrade), and some legends like Wattson and Fuse having special inventory rules. TBH just take what you think is best for your loadout, prioritising ammo and big heals.
I usually run at the most 240 ammo for my main weapon, a stack of batts and med kits, 3 stacks if batts and 2 stacks of syringes. If I'm running two weapons with the same ammo, I run 300 ammo. The rest of the slots are only for nades unless if I'm playing a legend that benefits a ton from an ult exel.
Having no syringes means that if you get revived in the zone after Round 3 Closing has begun, you are guaranteed to be dead because you will die before you can use a Medkit :/ . Ditch the ult accelerant, grenades or the third stack of shield cells (3 stacks is way too much because you get them in death boxes all the time) for at least one but ideally 2 stacks of syringes in case you take a little bit of health damage and need to heal it up or if you get caught in the zone.
Always remember: Less you miss shots, less you need to carry ammo. If missing the targets is difficult go on training to understand the recoil of EACH GUNS. In when you have a gun than you hate at your drop this is always better to know how the recoil works to not miss your shots and potentially save your game. There is a lot of vids to know the best settings for Xbox, PS or PC
In ANY backpack you should have main priority 4 syringes 8 cells and 2 med kits..if you find batts good drop something for them if you have no space but 4 syringes 8 cells and 2 med kits is an absolute MUST

He’s just giving you a foundation of what you need to have. Feel free to update and adjust to what you’re comfortable with. Depending on when I can hit my shots or not that day 😅 I tend to carry more ammo. When I do. I some times substitute my secondary with a shotty so I don’t need that much ammo. I always try to get the most bats I can (shout-out to my lifelines main❤) 2 medkits, syringes optional. 4-8 cells. What helped me with winning more situational scenarios is ALWAYS have at least 1-2 throwables. Hope that help legends ❤
I’ve been planning back pretty consistently since it’s come out be very generous about the amount of ammo you carry, as much as you want to carry then use the rest of the room in your backpack to carry shield, bats and if you want a spot for two med kits, but if you’re running a good squad, it should have a lifeline on it
Inventory is all based on character. Someone like fuse or horizon you’re just naturally going to want to pick up more nades, but someone like wraith, vantage or crypto who can take a lot of pot shots ammo is much more valuable to you. I’d say this is an okay baseline though for all characters.
I usually run 6 bats , 2/3 medkits , 3 stack of ammo for each weapons (only 2 for shotgun and sniper ammo ) , 2-3 nades . 1/2 ult accelerants and if there is space left , 1 fenix kit

If you got a gold bag, you MUST have a stack of Phinonx kits. Unlike purple, gold condenses all the big stuff including phinonx kits which you might as well get as that’ll save your batts and meds for on going battles where phinonx kits are great for post squad battles.

Top row should be full of ammo, bottom is half bats, .25 syringe, .25 medkit and medkits may be exchanged for any nade with priority given to stars, then frags, then thermites
This is why i play assault characters exclusively. I typically carry 320 to 400 rounds of heavy for my primary, two medkits, however many bats i can get and two grenades. Then ill usually carry a low ammo weapon like the mastiff so i only need 21 rounds.
If I play my favorite guns, flatline and havoc, I also try to keep 1 stack of light on me as most people run that and if a quick weapon swap is needed during a fight you're good to go
You need different stuff for every legend. For example you need a compulsory 2x accel stack for wattson and atleast 3-4 stacks of granades/arc star for fuse. For the ammo stacks recommended in the video your average player will need to keep looting ammo in-between fights due to low accuracy and this can lead to distractions and timing issues where you will be looting for ammo and your teammates will be getting aped in a 2 vs 3 situation.
I mostly follow this too. For me, i usually use repeater & RE-45/R99/CAR so I usually carry 2 stacks heavy and 3 stacks of light. I try to always carry 12 cells and 4 syringes, and max 2 medkits. Batteries i try to carry as much as possible, and i try to carry at least 1 nade (depending on my bag). If i'm playing Bang (my main) or any other assault legend I might only carry 1 stack heavy 3 stacks light, and instead carry an ult accel because the assault passive gives me more ammo per stack Reason why I have so many cells is because I peek a lot with the repeater, and if my teammates need shields I can drop them some
To TRULY manage your inventory is to constantly hoard: ammo, healing items, and grenades with no priority for anything. But pick up NOTHING ELSE just those 3, not even guns
I would defintely recommend carrying thermites, a lot of people are afraid to just go through them so they can buy you a couple seconds to med up or escape if you’re inside
i personally carry atleast 300 for my primary, 2 bats 8 and 8 for syringes/cells, 2 meds and a pheonix kit. the rest of my space is dependent on what gun im using in my secondary or what character, but as im usually wattson i have 2 ult accels. this is how iv always played so i cant fanthom running 8 bats, even with a purple bag ill usually only carry 4.

I’m all about that ammo because I’m picking shots constantly and stacking damage. Even with a purple bag it I got 4 batts and 12 cells I’m good. The rest is for ammo and maybe a nade or two.
I would argue (as a Mad Maggie main) the amo count is fairly accurate but I always carry 8 small heals at all times and prioritize shields even if it’s just more shield cells. You never know when you will just need just the sliver or more health in a short amount of time.
When pushing teams as path, i run two light weapons. 99 and re45 and always carry upwards of 300 ammo. The shields aren't as important if shield swapping majority of the game but meds and syringes will help if circles coming down on you. Thermite and arcs are a must carry for enemies hiding behind shit
My back back: A full row of ammo, I always use two guns of the same ammo type A stack of Syringes, Phoenix Kits, Cells, and then fill every thing else with Bats and Medkits

I’d say the best inventory would be 240 for primary 300 for secondary because close up smg fights will burn out most of your ammo then 12 shield cells 4 batts 8 syringes 2 medkits
For a blue bag I carry, as a recon, I carry 4 stacks of light ammo, 2 stacks shotgun ammo, 2 ordinance, 4 syringe, 4 cells, 2 medi kits, and as the bag slots increase, I carry more Bats and ordinance. Hope that helps someone because carrying more than 6 batteries is straight up crime. 💀
You'll run out of ammo very quickly. 1. You'll miss shots which is completely normal 2. Agressive or not, you'll have to look for ammo all the time. Plus you don't need that much bats or cells. I would suggest a minimum of 4 bats and 4 cells for the smallest backpack. Then complete with 2 meds and 4 seringes. The rest are ammo (3 stacks for each weapon). A naid in such a small backpack is a waste of space. I'm kinda lazy to do it for the other backpacks but i think you get the idea. Also you'll always need at least 4 seringes. In case you run out of meds or you don't wanna use a med for a small amount of health missing. And ofc for the other backpacks i'd suggest more bats and ammo but not too much so you can still carry naids. (Depends on how much bats you feel like you need in a fight). Just know this much bats is a waste of space, you won't need that much and you'll rarely find 12 whole bats to complete your inventory. And also don't forget you have teammates too 💀.
4 batts, 8 cells, 4 syringe, 2 med. Rest is ammo and a slot or two that vary on character or gun (sentinal, rampage). Don't overthink it,😊 if you get kills you won't run out of loot, the video is for non-stop action and armor swapping
I’m definitely a pretty aggressive player, so I usually take 8 cells, since I don’t like fights lasting too long. So, these are definitely not 1 size fits all.
2 stacks for primary and 1 stack for your secondary is all you need in common and rare bag loot as you kill, I normally pack 4 batteries, 8 cells, 2 medkits, 4 syringes, grenades are optional and I don't bother with ult charges after the looting stage.
I usually fill up the whole top row of any bag with ammo and one stack of secondary. White bag stack of batts med cell syringe Blue two stacks of batts one stack of med cell and syringe Purple 2-3 stacks of batts one stack of med cell syringe Gold 4 stacks of batts or something like that 2 of meds 1 of cells and syringe I almost never carry nades but if i do its probably just one or two depending on the bag i have
I’m thinking 4 stacks of main, 3 stacks of secondary, at least 4 batts, 8 cells, 2 med kits, 8 syringes, rest grenades if you’re running and killing people or at least coming up on death boxes, any batts and cells you use, you’d be able to restock. I use my cells first and try to use my bats for endgame, cells are easy to recoup, sometimes I carry more grenades I stead of med kits, but I’m a fuse main, so it may be different for other people. But I always run this set up, and never have any issues. Reason I run this set up is because I either make it to endgame with the perfect amount of stuff, no extra no “not enough”, or I end up dying with all my shit and don’t get to use it anyways
I've come to realize upon playing more than 4,000 hours of Apex that the less ammo you carry the better indicator that you trust your ability to hit your shots. So you don't need a lot of ammo to down someone.
I carry 4 Big Batt, 4 Med Kit, 4 cells, 4 syringes, 2nd weapon usually 2 stacks unless I using a faster fire rate weapon then 3 stack, main I go for like 4 stacks to 5. The remaining space is usually 1 or 2 grenades This is for Purple Backpack
My system is this 4 syringes 8 cells 2 Meds when applicable 2 - 4 Bats when applicable 2 - 4 stacks of ammo for each weapon (depending on bag) Then grenades for the rest or spare ammo
for me it’s 180 light, 16 shotgun, 8 cells, 4 syringes, 4 bats and 2 Med kits. Depending on what bad i have i either stack up more light or add some nades.

Assuming I got a purple backpack I usually go with 300 rounds of primary weapon ammo, 240 for secondary, 8 shield batteries, 2 medkits and one phoenix kit.
I decide 3 stacks x secondary/ 4 x primary/ 2 Large batteries, 8 cells, 2 medkits, 8 syringes, and maybe an extra or two depending on the backpack. For the basic one there are 4 cells and 4 syringes.
I usually carry 4 stacks for an automatic and a stack or two for a single fire, then as many bats as I can carry + 8 cells and 4 syringes. Never carey more than a stack of medkits, and try to carry at least one grenade once you have a gray backpack and above. That's my system though so just take it with a grain of salt.

i play agressive and i carry 2 stacks of ammo per gun, usually a flatline/volt/car and a shotgun, the rest are 8 cells, 2 medkits, at least 2 bats and all the nades in the game, loot my enemy and change guns if ammo type is different and i don't have any
Or. You could take the heals off the people you kill I can't imagine where you would need 8 batteries in a fight unless you just like being a target 😂😂😂

Although syringes are almost never to be used in a fight, they are most valuable when taking zone damage; however if you typically rotate early it shouldn’t be a problem. Another issue could come from not finishing a fight you started, you would have used up maybe the one medkit you had and are left with no flesh heals afterwards. I usually find, that swapping out one slot of cells for syringes is useful, especially if you only have one medkit. No matter the case, it’s definitely worth fully committing a fight than wasting heals by just poking at teams

I used to play like that, but now since I changed to this inventory management, I have had a lot better luck in games. With the Evo changes, I don't feel the need to poke as much. I usually run 5 stacks of the same type though, volt-triple, Prowler-30, Car-Scout, ect
for meds just go 4 cells, 4 syringes, 2 kits and up to 10 bats. cells and syringes are good for poking so you should carry some, but they're easy to fill up, med kits are rarely used in fights but needed if you get knocked or are escaping zone, and bats are just always needed. phoenix kit is optional if you have a good bag
To beat the buster sword with a gun you should play Bang and be carrying 7 stacks of energy for the devotion, and 7 stacks of light for the spitfire. Only do tact reloads and have others carry extra heals for you.

You should always carry 4 bats, 2 medkits, 8 cells and 4 syringes. The ammo capacity varies:
White: 5 stacks of ammo (3 for main gun 2 for secondary)
Blue: 6 stacks
Purp and gold: 7 stacks cause ammo goes fast (4 stacks for main and 3 for secondary
You can also carry extra heals with a gold backpack so I usually tend to carry 12 bats and 3 medkits.
All that extra space you using for the cells can be used for grenades and ult accelerates. Sorry not sorry but you’re cluttering your inventory with the setup you’re using
Depends on your ammo type but 6 stacks (360 ammo) is only fine with the purple bag other than that, it takes up space of heals and nades
well cells are more useful during fights when you have white shield or blue shield , close to end game bats become more reliable due to purp and red ,

With a purple backpack I always run: 6-8 batts 2 med 4 cells 4 syringe 3 stacks secondary ammo and the rest primary ammo.
That many batts is plenty for an entire endgame and most often it’s easy to restock off enemies for your meds/shields… but ammo is not always plentiful! Yesterday even we took out two teams back to back and only one box had light ammo, and an entire team was in shambles so they had like 60 or less heavy ammo each… to me you should be able to withstand a whole battle plus a whole third party without being able to loot between as that is a pretty commonly scenario to be in.
I still remember back in season 0 when you could carry an unreal amount of ammo and grenades so every fight both teams would throw like 12 frags and arc stars 😂

You will literally never need 12 cells if you have more than 2 bats
Batteries are obviously the best but syringes are mad underrated. The problem with med kits is that they take about the same time as 4 syringes but you can be sure that you'll never get the full 100 health, because otherwise you'd be dead. Syringes also mean that if you get cut off early, you won't lose as much healing.
Medkits take the same amount of time as 2 syringes? a second less actually as a medkit is 5 seconds and a syringe is 3. No idea at all where you got 4 syringes from
Pro tip: uninstall Apex and not worry about other garbage tips.
Inventory management is much more complicated now, with Assault Legends being able to stack more ammo per slot(along with Rampart with the right upgrade), and some legends like Wattson and Fuse having special inventory rules.
TBH just take what you think is best for your loadout, prioritising ammo and big heals.
I usually run at the most 240 ammo for my main weapon, a stack of batts and med kits, 3 stacks if batts and 2 stacks of syringes. If I'm running two weapons with the same ammo, I run 300 ammo. The rest of the slots are only for nades unless if I'm playing a legend that benefits a ton from an ult exel.
Having no syringes means that if you get revived in the zone after Round 3 Closing has begun, you are guaranteed to be dead because you will die before you can use a Medkit :/ .
Ditch the ult accelerant, grenades or the third stack of shield cells (3 stacks is way too much because you get them in death boxes all the time) for at least one but ideally 2 stacks of syringes in case you take a little bit of health damage and need to heal it up or if you get caught in the zone.
Always remember: Less you miss shots, less you need to carry ammo.
If missing the targets is difficult go on training to understand the recoil of EACH GUNS. In when you have a gun than you hate at your drop this is always better to know how the recoil works to not miss your shots and potentially save your game. There is a lot of vids to know the best settings for Xbox, PS or PC
In ANY backpack you should have main priority 4 syringes 8 cells and 2 med kits..if you find batts good drop something for them if you have no space but 4 syringes 8 cells and 2 med kits is an absolute MUST

He’s just giving you a foundation of what you need to have. Feel free to update and adjust to what you’re comfortable with. Depending on when I can hit my shots or not that day 😅 I tend to carry more ammo. When I do. I some times substitute my secondary with a shotty so I don’t need that much ammo.
I always try to get the most bats I can (shout-out to my lifelines main❤) 2 medkits, syringes optional. 4-8 cells. What helped me with winning more situational scenarios is ALWAYS have at least 1-2 throwables.

I’ve been planning back pretty consistently since it’s come out be very generous about the amount of ammo you carry, as much as you want to carry then use the rest of the room in your backpack to carry shield, bats and if you want a spot for two med kits, but if you’re running a good squad, it should have a lifeline on it
I usually go with 4 stacks of ammo for each and then just batteries and medkits. If im feeling like I got enough meds, I grab a throwable as well
Inventory is all based on character. Someone like fuse or horizon you’re just naturally going to want to pick up more nades, but someone like wraith, vantage or crypto who can take a lot of pot shots ammo is much more valuable to you. I’d say this is an okay baseline though for all characters.
I usually run 6 bats , 2/3 medkits , 3 stack of ammo for each weapons (only 2 for shotgun and sniper ammo ) , 2-3 nades . 1/2 ult accelerants and if there is space left , 1 fenix kit

2 stack ammo/ 1 stack on shotguns (secondary weapon)
1 stack syringe (2 stack if you’re planning to stay in storm)
1 stack medical kit
2 stack cells
Fill every other slots available with battery cells and always try to have 1 frag they are more useful then ur think (if u play fuse Frags are ammo so pls use them)
Ps: take away ammo from main weapon first if you are in need for something else
If you got a gold bag, you MUST have a stack of Phinonx kits. Unlike purple, gold condenses all the big stuff including phinonx kits which you might as well get as that’ll save your batts and meds for on going battles where phinonx kits are great for post squad battles.

Top row should be full of ammo, bottom is half bats, .25 syringe, .25 medkit and medkits may be exchanged for any nade with priority given to stars, then frags, then thermites
This is why i play assault characters exclusively. I typically carry 320 to 400 rounds of heavy for my primary, two medkits, however many bats i can get and two grenades. Then ill usually carry a low ammo weapon like the mastiff so i only need 21 rounds.
If I play my favorite guns, flatline and havoc, I also try to keep 1 stack of light on me as most people run that and if a quick weapon swap is needed during a fight you're good to go

You need different stuff for every legend. For example you need a compulsory 2x accel stack for wattson and atleast 3-4 stacks of granades/arc star for fuse.
For the ammo stacks recommended in the video your average player will need to keep looting ammo in-between fights due to low accuracy and this can lead to distractions and timing issues where you will be looting for ammo and your teammates will be getting aped in a 2 vs 3 situation.
I usually stack 500 light for a g7 then pack as many batteries as possible
I mostly follow this too. For me, i usually use repeater & RE-45/R99/CAR so I usually carry 2 stacks heavy and 3 stacks of light. I try to always carry 12 cells and 4 syringes, and max 2 medkits. Batteries i try to carry as much as possible, and i try to carry at least 1 nade (depending on my bag).
If i'm playing Bang (my main) or any other assault legend I might only carry 1 stack heavy 3 stacks light, and instead carry an ult accel because the assault passive gives me more ammo per stack
Reason why I have so many cells is because I peek a lot with the repeater, and if my teammates need shields I can drop them some
To TRULY manage your inventory is to constantly hoard: ammo, healing items, and grenades with no priority for anything. But pick up NOTHING ELSE just those 3, not even guns

I would defintely recommend carrying thermites, a lot of people are afraid to just go through them so they can buy you a couple seconds to med up or escape if you’re inside
i personally carry atleast 300 for my primary, 2 bats 8 and 8 for syringes/cells, 2 meds and a pheonix kit. the rest of my space is dependent on what gun im using in my secondary or what character, but as im usually wattson i have 2 ult accels. this is how iv always played so i cant fanthom running 8 bats, even with a purple bag ill usually only carry 4.
usually i carry a CAR smg and a long range weapon which shares ammo type with the smg, then 2-4 batteries and med-kits, 8 cells and syringes, 1 phoenix kit
I really struggled with this in the beginning, but over the years I’ve pretty much figured this out.
I’m all about that ammo because I’m picking shots constantly and stacking damage. Even with a purple bag it I got 4 batts and 12 cells I’m good. The rest is for ammo and maybe a nade or two.
I would argue (as a Mad Maggie main) the amo count is fairly accurate but I always carry 8 small heals at all times and prioritize shields even if it’s just more shield cells. You never know when you will just need just the sliver or more health in a short amount of time.
I usually prioritize carrying shield bats more than cells lol. Very much useful in combat situations

When pushing teams as path, i run two light weapons. 99 and re45 and always carry upwards of 300 ammo. The shields aren't as important if shield swapping majority of the game but meds and syringes will help if circles coming down on you. Thermite and arcs are a must carry for enemies hiding behind shit
Lil advice for sniper players. Carry around an extra scope for mid distance. As example x3 scope in inventory and a x6 equipped. Thank me later

A full row of ammo, I always use two guns of the same ammo type

I always carry 240 ammo on main weapon 180 on second, 2 bats 8 cells , 4 syringes , two medkits and a couple of grenades with the white backpack then add up meds or ammo as I get a better backpack
I’d say the best inventory would be 240 for primary 300 for secondary because close up smg fights will burn out most of your ammo then 12 shield cells 4 batts 8 syringes 2 medkits
For a blue bag I carry, as a recon, I carry 4 stacks of light ammo, 2 stacks shotgun ammo, 2 ordinance, 4 syringe, 4 cells, 2 medi kits, and as the bag slots increase, I carry more Bats and ordinance. Hope that helps someone because carrying more than 6 batteries is straight up crime. 💀
You'll run out of ammo very quickly. 1. You'll miss shots which is completely normal
2. Agressive or not, you'll have to look for ammo all the time.
Plus you don't need that much bats or cells. I would suggest a minimum of 4 bats and 4 cells for the smallest backpack. Then complete with 2 meds and 4 seringes. The rest are ammo (3 stacks for each weapon). A naid in such a small backpack is a waste of space. I'm kinda lazy to do it for the other backpacks but i think you get the idea. Also you'll always need at least 4 seringes. In case you run out of meds or you don't wanna use a med for a small amount of health missing. And ofc for the other backpacks i'd suggest more bats and ammo but not too much so you can still carry naids. (Depends on how much bats you feel like you need in a fight). Just know this much bats is a waste of space, you won't need that much and you'll rarely find 12 whole bats to complete your inventory. And also don't forget you have teammates too 💀.

I’m definitely a pretty aggressive player, so I usually take 8 cells, since I don’t like fights lasting too long. So, these are definitely not 1 size fits all.
U can use 8 batteries in 3-4 fights, but 2x and 3x stacks of ammo will be used only in 1 fight
2 stacks for primary and 1 stack for your secondary is all you need in common and rare bag loot as you kill, I normally pack 4 batteries, 8 cells, 2 medkits, 4 syringes, grenades are optional and I don't bother with ult charges after the looting stage.
I usually fill up the whole top row of any bag with ammo and one stack of secondary.

Blue two stacks of batts one stack of med cell and syringe
Purple 2-3 stacks of batts one stack of med cell syringe
Gold 4 stacks of batts or something like that 2 of meds 1 of cells and syringe

I’m thinking 4 stacks of main, 3 stacks of secondary, at least 4 batts, 8 cells, 2 med kits, 8 syringes, rest grenades if you’re running and killing people or at least coming up on death boxes, any batts and cells you use, you’d be able to restock. I use my cells first and try to use my bats for endgame, cells are easy to recoup, sometimes I carry more grenades I stead of med kits, but I’m a fuse main, so it may be different for other people. But I always run this set up, and never have any issues. Reason I run this set up is because I either make it to endgame with the perfect amount of stuff, no extra no “not enough”, or I end up dying with all my shit and don’t get to use it anyways

I've come to realize upon playing more than 4,000 hours of Apex that the less ammo you carry the better indicator that you trust your ability to hit your shots. So you don't need a lot of ammo to down someone.
I personally like having 10 stacks of ammo minimum, and then dying with like 8 of them still in my inventory.

I carry 4 Big Batt, 4 Med Kit, 4 cells, 4 syringes, 2nd weapon usually 2 stacks unless I using a faster fire rate weapon then 3 stack, main I go for like 4 stacks to 5. The remaining space is usually 1 or 2 grenades

For ammo, i do 4 for smgs, 3 for ARs and LMGs, and 2 for everything else.
for me it’s 180 light, 16 shotgun, 8 cells, 4 syringes, 4 bats and 2 Med kits. Depending on what bad i have i either stack up more light or add some nades.
I always have a slot for optic replacements going from long to close range on my marksman guns.
This is actually really good but maybe if u use a shot gun with a ar weapon only carry 16 ammo because ur gonna mostly use ur ar most ly and baybe carry 4 syringes because ur not gonna wnna waste a med kit on a small portion of health

If shotguns/pistols do 2 or 3 stacks (secondary weapon), if it’s like a volt or car, do 3 or 4 stacks of ammo
Drop a stack of cells totally for 8, only do 12 if you use sentinel

Assuming I got a purple backpack I usually go with 300 rounds of primary weapon ammo, 240 for secondary, 8 shield batteries, 2 medkits and one phoenix kit.
I decide 3 stacks x secondary/ 4 x primary/ 2 Large batteries, 8 cells, 2 medkits, 8 syringes, and maybe an extra or two depending on the backpack. For the basic one there are 4 cells and 4 syringes.
I usually carry 4 stacks for an automatic and a stack or two for a single fire, then as many bats as I can carry + 8 cells and 4 syringes. Never carey more than a stack of medkits, and try to carry at least one grenade once you have a gray backpack and above. That's my system though so just take it with a grain of salt.
