he's not right about food. He said depression is down to food and food only. Demonised sugar with no credible evidence to back it up. Thinks artificial sweeteners are bad but then his wife's company sells them in their ingredients - laughable how hoodwinked he's got some idiots.

Many years ago I had raw milk on a school camp. Delivered by the farmer in milk churns and still warm. It was delicious (except in tea!). Processed milk is not recognisable next to that.Not been able to buy it since- (UK)🙁
