I was kind of worried about it quickly rusting afterwards -- guess that proved true, unfortunately. There are 2 tractor shows near me every year, and these old Fords are popular tractors for sure. It'll be nice to see this one come along and get working again. 👍
@@cabovergary For sure, Gary. You do quality work, so I'm sure this will be a fine piece for you for a long time. And I'm sure your son will come to know and appreciate quality work too. Have fun with this project.
Awesome buddy. Yeah tractors could be the way to go for ya as a side hustle. I see one of the other trucking youtubers buying and selling tractors for awhile now.
Gary, Could you show us your pressure washer or get us the specs? I was under the impression these need a large pressure washer to run properly, it sounds like you may have had an undersized pressure washer.
So you are Probally on to something. These are sold in ratings for the pressure washer with different nozzles and such. But I feel like a more powerful one would of had more suction and would of worked better. With the mess I made I’m done trying but would like to see if someone else had any luck. Thanks
Man we could be brothers… love cab over trucks and old tractors!!!!! Can’t wait to watch the project!!!
Haha, thanks. I kinda live in the past thinking this old stuff just worked. Thanks for watching.
I’m excited for this one!
Oh man Gary , you beat me to it… I love the old 8n/9n/jubilee tractors and have been wanting one for a project! Nice work

I was wondering if that sand would get into places it shouldn't.
It did, it made a mess. I would not recommend doing this. I am completely disassembling the tractor to clean it out. Thanks
Restore bids please regards Ashley
Thanks for watching!
