"The best script is the truth." GOLD!
I agree with every single point in this discussion. I have represented more than a hundred first time home buyers , and to this day, even their grandparents call to thank and bless me for my exceptional help.
helpful thank you
People love stories, tell stories of past experiences. Also just always tell the truth and show your value always. Ask what their expectations are if you.
It's important to communicate that it's not easy, because it isn't. Is it possible to buy and sell real estate without an agent? Absolutely, but that doesn't make it easy.
Ultimately buyer brokerage and buyer's compensating their agent will become more the norm. Perhaps you should discuss dialogs agents should use to inspire buyer's to hire a buyer's agent, but even more importantly dialogs for agents to have with buyer's about buyer-agent compensation. When the buyer does not have to pay a fee, it is easy for them to perceive the value of a buyer's agent, it may be different when and if the buyer has to pay that commission. What are your thoughts and advice on that?
